“I went into the store looking for info and options for prescription sunglasses with progressive lenses. Michelle answered my barrage of questions, explained all of the possibilities, and supplied much appreciated opinion as to some of the things I was considering. Her professionalism and clear knowledge of Oakley products combined with her warm nature made for an excellent shopping experience.”

“This store is located in between entrance 2 and 3. So easy to find them. I have been coming into this location for several years.
For the most part it’s always organized, but I know how hard it is so keep a clothing store tidy when they are busy.
They always have a good selection, pretty much what you find on the website. The only problem that I typically have is they tend to carry a lot of the large sizes and not so much of the petite sizes. It could be a coincidence too.
I think it’s worth it visiting this location. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.”
“Hot Topic is always a fun place to stop by. I went in recently just to look around, and an employee noticed me checking out the graphic tees and showed me a new design that had just come in. I ended up grabbing it because it was too cute to pass up. The store was clean, organized, and had the usual good music and vibe that makes shopping there feel easy.”
“We walked in last minute to find my fiancée an emerald suit we saw online. And they had the perfect color. Michelle immediately greeted us as we walked in and immediately helped us by asking the right questions and walking us through the process. She was so patient and gracious about helping us see our vision for his wedding fit come alive. 100% recommend this store!”

After a phone call from New Store Manager.
Apparently they were restructuring the the staff and policy and on the phone call the new manager was very friendly and mention they are doing the best to served especially for people in the work force that use this Store for work supply.
And as I mentioned in my early review, I like the product and always visit the store even not needing because sometimes they have in store promo or end sale, as I use the Stryker as daily uniform, the saving give me a pretend to buy the stuff I want and not needed….lol. (I changed the star to a 3.5 as they care about their customer)

Reasons for 1 Star (not open on listed time)
I usually shop the Katy Store, no problem with product or Staff… but On Nov 14, 2025, came to the store at 10:03am, at the door, there was the UPS, and 4 more people waiting, by 10:20, all of them left. So my guess is if someone was that early to a store meaning there are not just browsing…. I ending leaving by 10:25, still not open. (Hope the staff are ok…) but as we say “On time is Late… lol””
“GAP Factory is always a good stop for me. I went in the other day just planning to look around, and I ended up finding a really cute pair of jeans after an employee helped me pick the right size. I wasn’t even expecting to buy anything, but the deals were so good I couldn’t pass it up. The store was clean, everything was easy to find, and the staff were super friendly without being pushy.”
“HUGE selection of boots and apparel at all price points. Was in heaven being from Australia, we don’t have anything like this back home. Got myself a pair of boots that I love and wore around America ❤️ Also the staff were super helpful and friendly.”

“Located in La Centerra, Katy TXOverall product placement and cleanliness deserves 5 stars!The biggest con is the sizing. Most sizes run from Small through Large, so not that size inclusive which can be a reason to walk away and is the reason why I was not able to purchase anything despite enjoying my time at the store.I enjoy the the catered styles to ongoing events such as Astros games, Taylor swift concert, etc.Overall, prices a bit high but reasonable for a boutique. Not plus size friendly but have lots of fun accessories for all ages.Great presentation!I think it would a be a great idea for the shop to host events to get more traffic, whether he be free henna tattoos or free drinks on the weekend. I can picture a fun event partnership with another store in the Centerra too.”

They showed me a couple of similar styles and helped me find the right size, which made everything quick and easy. The store had good vibes, was organized, and the prices were solid for what I got.”

Lots of sales + super low clearance prices also (with a good selection of items!) The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which can also be hard to come by these days! Make sure to go to their site and sign up for a free rewards account to collect points on purchases to earn rewards!”

I went in looking for jeans for my new job, and the employee helping me actually went to check in the back, looked through the current selection with me, and even told me about the deals that were coming up soon. “My husband and I visited this past Friday in a hurry to try and find some sort of denim outfit whether it be a pair of shorts, jeans, or a dress. We had family photos in about an hour and were rushing (we flew in from out of state) i immediately get frustrated with finding my size and a style that I like when I shop on general. My husband was with me and was trying his best to help me as well. A store associate named Alexandria ended o asking if we needed help and promptly starts helping him hunt while I'm in the dressing room. I was able to tell her my feedback on each pair she brought me to help narrow down the size that would work and the style that I liked. It took a few tries but she was able to bring me something that fit perfectly that I would wear daily back home (not just for the photos) the experience turned into a great one after I was frustrated with myself on not knowing what i wanted/ needed and being overwhelmed at first. She really helped me to not feel stressed out especially with our time crunch and it being a good few pairs that we tried before we found the one. I literally would have given up had it not been for her help. I'm extremely thankful <3 after we were done we immediately asked her name because I knew I wanted to write this review and recognize her for her amazing help. Thank you so much again! We will definitely be back when we come visit again! :)”

“The quality of the suits and shirts is not in doubt. Let me instead openly commend Yomna for an incredible customer service she provided to me while I shopped. Honestly, I didn’t think I was going to purchase anything, but after Yomna served me, I knew I had no choice! She was so warm, friendly, and very patient. And to make matters more interesting, she was attending to about 6 other customers alongside me, yet she made each and every one of us happy. I recommend Suit Warehouse, not just for their quality, but also their excellent customer service.”
“I have been looking everywhere for a pair of tan/beige shoes which are incredibly hard to find this time of year. Decided to stop in, saw a cute pair but they were black. Nice young lady named Shelby informed me that they had the shoes in beige in the clearance section. Didn't see my size, but Shelby noticed one pair on the top shelf in my size. Shelby got a step ladder and got them down for me. They were perfect. Thanks to Shelby my search is over.”

“I love everything about this store, super clean, with wonderful and consistent help. The lounge area and bathrooms are nice, too. I’ve been coming here for over three years now, and my favorite clearance section, once a hidden gem, seems to have been discovered by the masses. There’s not much left for me anymore!
I’ve never had trouble with returns or exchanges, and I’ve never had any issues with the staff. My only complaint is that I sometimes forget to visit, simply because the clothes I’ve purchased here are such high quality that even items I bought two+ years ago are still in great shape.
I 100% recommend this company, especially this store location.”
