“Cool little hole in the wall store. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Selling items can be a challenge since only the owner can make purchases. The prices are high on basic items ($20 for a flannel shirt that probably cost $20 when it was new) but negotiable. Everything appeared to be in good or like new condition. While I wasn’t able to sell to them or make a purchase during my visit; I would still consider stopping by in the future. As a millennial; I wouldn’t call everything they have “vintage”. Think 90’s with a dash of 70’s and 80’s. You’re not getting your grandma’s bell bottoms here”

“First time shopping at Studio 1220 and I can’t believe I didn’t know about this place before! I never really shop in La Centerra because there’s not a good variety of stores, but we went to go have breakfast and decided to take a walk afterwards. I am grateful we did because we bumped into this beautiful store and I finally have a spot I can shop without everyone else wearing something similar. The pieces I purchased were gorgeous and amazing quality. I know I’ll be coming back to shop for all the holiday events and gatherings. “Place has a massive selection of clothes and different styles . It is not a traditional clothing store though and more like a warehouse. Great gear and equipment .Got it that day and was able to go out to work the next day thanks to them. Their prices are also way better for better quality gear than you could get at any place like academy or any major retail store. When I checked there after purchase it would have been double anywhere else. I will be back when I need my next set of FR clothes.”
“This store is located in between entrance 2 and 3. So easy to find them. I have been coming into this location for several years.
For the most part it’s always organized, but I know how hard it is so keep a clothing store tidy when they are busy.
They always have a good selection, pretty much what you find on the website. The only problem that I typically have is they tend to carry a lot of the large sizes and not so much of the petite sizes. It could be a coincidence too.
I think it’s worth it visiting this location. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.”
“We had to look at this place 'cause our son is a mid-range pepper head. He tried a few samples and bought a few things. I enjoyed talking to the young man running the place and handing out free samples. They have a wide range of stuff from mild to sign a waiver. They had some cool t shirts with their logo and I got a good deal on one. I've been to a few other locations, they have three just in New Orleans.”
“Under Armour was a solid stop for me. I went in looking for something comfortable to work out in, and one of the employees helped me pick out the right fit after I mentioned what I needed. They even showed me a couple of items that were on sale, which was a nice bonus. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop in, and I left with exactly what I wanted.”

“Located in La Centerra, Katy TXOverall product placement and cleanliness deserves 5 stars!The biggest con is the sizing. Most sizes run from Small through Large, so not that size inclusive which can be a reason to walk away and is the reason why I was not able to purchase anything despite enjoying my time at the store.I enjoy the the catered styles to ongoing events such as Astros games, Taylor swift concert, etc.Overall, prices a bit high but reasonable for a boutique. Not plus size friendly but have lots of fun accessories for all ages.Great presentation!I think it would a be a great idea for the shop to host events to get more traffic, whether he be free henna tattoos or free drinks on the weekend. I can picture a fun event partnership with another store in the Centerra too.”
“Where do I begin? Aisha Walker has demonstrated exceptional skill as a representative of Ralph Lauren. Whenever I have an event, she makes sure I am styled and ready with the perfect outfit. She goes above and beyond by educating me about statement pieces and the history behind Ralph Lauren, including the meaning of “1967” and the number “3.” She also keeps me informed about new arrivals and upcoming sales.
I especially want to thank Aisha for helping with my Fourth of July birthday party, which had a “POLO” theme. She assisted me with purchasing more than 27 Polo shirts for my family and me, personally helping everyone—from toddlers to seniors—find the correct sizes. She even convinced me to choose the floral Polo shirt so I could stand out as the birthday man!
Aisha showed tremendous patience and professionalism while handling my determination to make everyone look Polo picture-perfect. We definitely represented Polo!
Honestly, I initially thought Aisha was a manager because of her leadership, knowledge, confidence, and outstanding customer service. She is a true asset to the Ralph Lauren Outlet at Katy Mills, and I highly recommend asking for her when you visit.”

“I love everything about this store, super clean, with wonderful and consistent help. The lounge area and bathrooms are nice, too. I’ve been coming here for over three years now, and my favorite clearance section, once a hidden gem, seems to have been discovered by the masses. There’s not much left for me anymore!
I’ve never had trouble with returns or exchanges, and I’ve never had any issues with the staff. My only complaint is that I sometimes forget to visit, simply because the clothes I’ve purchased here are such high quality that even items I bought two+ years ago are still in great shape.
I 100% recommend this company, especially this store location.”
