“I have been to several locations before, and they are all good, but this one stands out. Store was your typical Duluth, but the customer service set this one apart. I came in because I had a problem with an online order. They fixed it and then some. And they did it with a smile! So grateful I happened to be in the area so these guys could get me straightened out. If only online customer service were this good.”

“This store is located in between entrance 2 and 3. So easy to find them. I have been coming into this location for several years.
For the most part it’s always organized, but I know how hard it is so keep a clothing store tidy when they are busy.
They always have a good selection, pretty much what you find on the website. The only problem that I typically have is they tend to carry a lot of the large sizes and not so much of the petite sizes. It could be a coincidence too.
I think it’s worth it visiting this location. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.”

“Perfect place for big and tall dudes, a bit pricey but the fashion is unreal. Service is quick, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend signing up for the membership card and emails as they do a ton of sales. The sales real btw is a nice way to build a solid collection of really nice fitting and good quality clothes for a solid price!”

“This is the absolute best place to get your boots and also Western wear. There is such a great selection of clothes for women, men and kids and the boots are amazing. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed and the staff are wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. You can also order boots and have them shipped here. This is my second pair of boots from here and I cannot imagine going any place else. I don't like the fake boots that seem like costume jewelry-esque. Here, you have real, quality boots for all occasions. We love it! It was a great birthday present for myself and my awesome yellow flowers boots were the perfect piece of Texas to take with me on my birthday trip.

“I went into Dickies right when they were closing. I planned on glancing and leaving as fast as possible. I really needed a pair of work pants and was good hoping to find something quickly. When I walked out and said bye the employee David asked me at the door if I had a problem finding what I was looking for. I explained what I needed and he insisted I come look at what he had. He even knew what size I'd be in men's pants when I couldn't find the woman pants I needed and offered for me to take the time to try them on. I found a great pair after trying on couple and it was because of David. He works there like he owns the place and he's an irreplaceable employee. I hope him and his managers see this! Thanks David!”
“Yesterday was our first ever visit to a K&G Fashion Store. We visited the Katy Freeway location and every staff member was kind, patient and gave us their undivided attention. We purchased a suit for my husband. Alterations are being made and we should be able to pick up the suit in about a week. I will admit that we have been looking for this suit for about a month. As a last resort, I suggested K&G. What an excellent suggestion.
I'm embarrassed to admit that I cannot remember the names of all the people that helped us, so thank you all.”

“Super cute, trendy clothes (for girls + guys)... This location had a great selection of sizes, which can be hard to find! Lots of sales + super low clearance prices also (with a good selection of items!) The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which can also be hard to come by these days! Make sure to go to their site and sign up for a free rewards account to collect points on purchases to earn rewards!”
“Located in La Centerra, Katy TXOverall product placement and cleanliness deserves 5 stars!The biggest con is the sizing. Most sizes run from Small through Large, so not that size inclusive which can be a reason to walk away and is the reason why I was not able to purchase anything despite enjoying my time at the store.I enjoy the the catered styles to ongoing events such as Astros games, Taylor swift concert, etc.Overall, prices a bit high but reasonable for a boutique. Not plus size friendly but have lots of fun accessories for all ages.Great presentation!I think it would a be a great idea for the shop to host events to get more traffic, whether he be free henna tattoos or free drinks on the weekend. I can picture a fun event partnership with another store in the Centerra too.”

“Zumiez ended up being a fun stop for me. I went in just to look around, and one of the employees noticed me eyeing a hoodie and came over to help without being pushy. They showed me a couple of similar styles and helped me find the right size, which made everything quick and easy. The store had good vibes, was organized, and the prices were solid for what I got.”

“We visited the Buckle store at the mall this Saturday with our family, looking for some new pants. Even though the store was quite busy, the staff managed to provide excellent service to everyone. A gentleman assisted my husband right away, quickly asking for his size and helping him find exactly what he needed—all while helping other customers as well. The team was friendly and attentive at the checkout, making sure we were taken care of from start to finish. We’re really impressed with the great service here and want to give them credit for making our shopping experience enjoyable. Highly recommend this store!”

“My husband and I visited this past Friday in a hurry to try and find some sort of denim outfit whether it be a pair of shorts, jeans, or a dress. We had family photos in about an hour and were rushing (we flew in from out of state) i immediately get frustrated with finding my size and a style that I like when I shop on general. My husband was with me and was trying his best to help me as well. A store associate named Alexandria ended o asking if we needed help and promptly starts helping him hunt while I'm in the dressing room. I was able to tell her my feedback on each pair she brought me to help narrow down the size that would work and the style that I liked. It took a few tries but she was able to bring me something that fit perfectly that I would wear daily back home (not just for the photos) the experience turned into a great one after I was frustrated with myself on not knowing what i wanted/ needed and being overwhelmed at first. She really helped me to not feel stressed out especially with our time crunch and it being a good few pairs that we tried before we found the one. I literally would have given up had it not been for her help. I'm extremely thankful <3 after we were done we immediately asked her name because I knew I wanted to write this review and recognize her for her amazing help. Thank you so much again! We will definitely be back when we come visit again! :)”

“I have been looking everywhere for a pair of tan/beige shoes which are incredibly hard to find this time of year. Decided to stop in, saw a cute pair but they were black. Nice young lady named Shelby informed me that they had the shoes in beige in the clearance section. Didn't see my size, but Shelby noticed one pair on the top shelf in my size. Shelby got a step ladder and got them down for me. They were perfect. Thanks to Shelby my search is over.”
