“I came into Atnt today and Gabriel and Emerson the workers has the best customer service they saw me walking towards the door and opened the door for me and greeted me and asked what I needed and was just really generous and nice great customer service they both asked how my day was going just good customer service and when I left out they opened the door for me leaving out and they were just having conversations with me about the phones because i was looking for a phone and not only that they were just talking to me and it made my day it made me feel 10x better then what I was feeling before I came both good guys⭐️”
“I changed to Cricket because with the company I was with there was no signal inside the Walmart and it had already happened to me in several places, they recommended Cricket because they use AT&T antennas and that signal is the strongest here in Texas well and also It works in Mexico with the plan I have, it has unlimited everything with calls to Mexico, that's why I changed, I recommend them and they also speak Spanish.”

Mario quickly new the solution & calmed me down immediately. Turns out I'm "Old" and didn't know I had to do a system update. “With a huge sigh of relief, I say ‘THANK YOU CARLOS’!!! My purse, containing my wallet and phone were stolen today. Carlos helped me disable the stolen phone, activate a new phone and then took the time to transfer all my data from my iPad to my new phone!! It isn’t often that an employee provides this type of customer service and I certainly appreciate all he did for me. AT&T is fortunate to have Carlos representing them!!!??”
