“Professional, fairly priced. They have a good process that ensures quality. Usually in and out in <20 min, but if a lot of customers can be close to 45min (still reasonable). I go back now regularly. They also do emission inspections.”

“Since Take 5 has been open I have been going there for my oil changes. For the 2-3 years there have been 2 young men who have been changing my oil. They are both very good at their jobs! When I went in Sunday I was sweating due to my medication. One young man, he has beautiful locks, brought me a cold bottle of water. I thanked him however I am not sure he understood how totally grateful I am to him for his kindness. Robert, I think is the other young man’s name, was able to pull up my account and automatically gave me the coupon off the website! I am thankful for his kindness as well! I love the service I always receive at the Pin Oak location in Katy, TX. Big Katy Honks to the 2 gentleman there!!!

“Kenny was knowledge and a professional when I went to get my oil changed. He noticed my coolant was brown in color and informed me that coolant should be a neon or “highlighter “ cooler. I didn’t want my engine messed up so I took his advice.

I previously went to the fancy cinco auto2 down the street, only to find out they overlooked issues that would have put me and my kids in a very dangerous situation. Well this jiffy lube actually inspected my car with care and I will not be going anywhere else! This IS the place to go on this side of town.”

The service I received this weekend was above and beyond what I normally get, three new people I’ve never seen before, but they were good! Check the pressure on the tires And clean the windshield and reset my oil light he let me know everything he was gonna do beforehand. I felt like he was knowledgeable. He was polite and courteous super great job.”

“Our salesman was Darrell and he was AMAZING!!! We went to look at a pre-owned truck. He had the truck ready at the front for us, and he was waiting outside for us as well! He was not pushy at all, had a great attitude and was very respectful. After the test drive he had water waiting for us at his desk and had our best interest in mind and was a great listener. Nan was our finance person and he was also very easy to work with and a great listener as well. We didn't feel pressured at all during this process and the truck was priced very fairly. We were pleased to get a great deal on the extended warranty as well.”
“Best Car wash station in all of katy! Station Car Wash and Lube do the best job detailing my car for such a low price! my car smells so fresh, so shiny, so clean, and they always do better every time. I had such harsh water stains on my windows and they got them completely out. I do have an older car but they still take such good care of the leather. The shine they use will keep your car glistening for weeks! This Is the only car wash me and my family go to because they show the best quality in such a low price.”

“I was slightly skeptical about taking my car to Wal-Mart based on other stories posted here, so this review is based solely on my 1 experience here. I booked an appointment at 7am in the morning and Alfredo helped get me situated with my tire order and appointment. He was also the one to install the tires on my vehicle. Incredibly professional and cordial throughout my experience. Being that it was in the morning, it only took 35 minutes for him to complete the job. The facility also looked very well maintained and clean, with tools and oil containers placed neatly around. I can't attest for how well they perform other car maintenance items like oil and brake changes, but the tire job was similar to any other tire competitor.”
“THE SERVICE HERE WAS ON POINT! I am so glad that I found the right place to do my car's oil change. I had an outstanding service here. I cannot put into words how grateful I am with CECILE, she is an outstanding staff member. She is extremely nice and provided me the best service I could ever had. She took care of me from the beginning to the end. I came from another autocenter's location on Fry Road, where I had a terrible experience, but at this AutoCenter you can notice that the management is doing the job hiring people who are very attentive and welcomes you with a big smile. THIS WAS REWARDING. CECILE was able to change my day. She treated me nicely and also gave me advice to take care of my car's engine??. Cecile will treat you the way you would like to be treated. She was responsable, attentive and kind. “The young gentleman who attended to me, Eric V., was very professional in handling my oil change. I was the fourth in line, and the line of cars waiting was just starting to build up. Despite the pressure, Eric V. made sure to prioritize my service after another vehicle behind me tried to get his attention. I commended him for doing the right thing by checking with me first. He demonstrated excellent composure and professionalism, even when a woman further back in the line mentioned she needed her car serviced quickly due to an upcoming appointment.
Eric V. handled both situations exceptionally well, maintaining his composure, showing kindness, and respecting everyone involved. I also appreciated how quickly he changed my oil. I was in and out much faster compared to previous visits where I waited for an hour, watching my car sit unattended. Eric V. got to work promptly and met everyone’s expectations.
