“Cardiff Postal truly saved the day for me. After missing the post office by 10 minutes, I remembered I had visited this place one other time. When I googled and saw how late they were open, I headed straight there.
Not only did someone see me struggling to carry in the box I had to mail, plus my infant in her car seat and help me get everything in, but the two gentleman working were so kind and informative with helping me make sure my package was getting delivered on time.
It was just an easy process with very kind people. I will definitely use them first with any kind of mailing needs I have in the future.”

“I would like to address how Dee helped me last week. Because she did this, I was able to make a very important meeting, which wouldn’t have been possible if not for her. I was hesitant to stop by the UPS store because it would take time. Also it was the first time I returned something at UPS, so I was not familiar with the system. I decided just check if there were many customers. If so, I would stop by tomorrow which is the last day for return. As I entered, Dee called me, waving her hands high in the air. I already felt good vibes from Dee and she said she would do the rest of the things so I could leave early. It helped me a lot and save my time to be able to do next plan. Also I think she is kind and professional as she knows what to do without my explanation. Also, she already knew I was busy, though I didn’t tell her. She has a talent for interpersonal skills too. This could be first and last time for me to see her at UPS. But the kindness from the young lady is unforgettable. I hope she will be blessed in her job and life.”
