They even showed me a couple of items that were on sale, which was a nice bonus. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop in, and I left with exactly what I wanted.”

I highly recommend signing up for the membership card and emails as they do a ton of sales. “The Nike store is always a good stop for me when I’m at the mall. I went in the other day looking for new workout shoes, and I was having the hardest time deciding. An employee came over, asked a couple of questions, and helped me find a pair that felt perfect as soon as I tried them on. The store was clean, organized, and had plenty of sizes in stock. I left feeling confident about my purchase, so it’s definitely a 5-star experience.”

“This is the absolute best place to get your boots and also Western wear. There is such a great selection of clothes for women, men and kids and the boots are amazing. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed and the staff are wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. You can also order boots and have them shipped here. This is my second pair of boots from here and I cannot imagine going any place else. I don't like the fake boots that seem like costume jewelry-esque. Here, you have real, quality boots for all occasions. We love it! It was a great birthday present for myself and my awesome yellow flowers boots were the perfect piece of Texas to take with me on my birthday trip.

“After I have tried several brands in this price range, these are my favorite dress shoes by far as they are really comfortable to wear all day. I was just walking by the store and they had my favorite shoe style on sale, hence I bought 2 pairs in different colors. (Yes I know, took the bait right away ;-) The service was great, Elisabeth helped me at check out and she even applied moisturizer to make them shiny again. “I love going into this store! Not going to lie, sometimes I feel like it’s the devil (they are always trying to give you a shopping bag lol!) but they have so many hidden gems. It’s better than me paying retail price online. I check at this location only because I know for a fact they would have it. Customer service is top tier, not only that, but product knowledge is amazing. You can tell the leadership invests in their team! It was never a time I went into the store and the team was talking amongst themselves. They are always walking around greeting and helping customers. I know some customers don’t like it, but I love it.

I went back to the store to find myself a better option. The worker named Paxton really took his time explaining to me the benefits of stability shoes since I had an arch and being patient with me as I tried different options on. I learned a good amount from him in that short time. He is the reason I’m giving this place 5 stars.”
