“This store has great shoes and great customer service during peak hours. However, that night time crew should be ashamed of themselves for losing money. A few months ago I called to see what time they closed so I could get some shoes. They gave me a time and then closed 15 minutes early. I called at 6:45 pm tonight to see what time they closed. I was told 8:00 pm, I got there at 7:25 and they were closed, store empty, no one to answer the phones. No problem. Went and gave Polo the money they were going to get.”

“I had the BEST experience at the Aldo in the Cypress Outlet Mall thanks to Jernika. I was in a rush and desperately needed silver heels, and she jumped right in to help me find the perfect pair. She was so kind, and genuinely invested in making sure I left happy. She even helped put the heel grips on for me so they fit comfortably before I walked out. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Aldo is lucky to have her!”
“I went in with my mom around 7:40, and before we knew it they were closing. Q was working and she was very nice and helpful when we were deciding between sizes. She was very helpful and patient when we were checking out and left a very good impression. I signed up with my email thanks to her. I definitely want to recommend this location to my brother”

“I had an issue with my new work boots, so I went to the store to see what my options were. Antonio took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me exchange the boots. He was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service.
However, my overall experience with the store was disappointing. They didn’t have my size available in most of the boots I liked, leaving me with only one or two options to choose from.
I would rate the store 1 star due to the limited selection, but Antonio definitely deserves 5 stars for his outstanding help.”
“Wow, the finest customer service I have experienced at a retail store. Omer had a magnetic energy, luring me into the shop and convincing me to walk out with bags full of shoes and shirts! Then there’s Richard who is very well mannered and behaved, guiding me through all the details of the Johnston experience. The long haired fellow - Gostavo I think was so lighthearted and fun to chat with in between our selections. These three were a fine bunch of excellent young gentleman - leading me here to leave a review which I have never done before. Highly recommend this shop.”

“Most of the times the have great deals, mostly on shoes and cleats.
The only thing I don’t like in the stores is when the mix tees with jerseys saying they are in certain percentage off, when is only the tees in reality. Then you go to the register and find the sad reality. This should be avoided.”

“I came to pick up an online order, prior to that a very kind girl assisted me on the phone. I asked her if it was possible if she could check if they had the order in the store since the order status kept saying that the order was shipped even a week after. She kindly assisted me, unfortunately the dress was not available at the time but she did everything she could to look for it. They were professional on the phone and in store, they quickly assisted me to pick up my online order when it arrived and for that I’m very grateful for. Definitely recommend I hope to be back to try on their beautiful clothes.”
