“This store has great shoes and great customer service during peak hours. However, that night time crew should be ashamed of themselves for losing money. A few months ago I called to see what time they closed so I could get some shoes. They gave me a time and then closed 15 minutes early. I called at 6:45 pm tonight to see what time they closed. I was told 8:00 pm, I got there at 7:25 and they were closed, store empty, no one to answer the phones. No problem. Went and gave Polo the money they were going to get.”

“We had the pleasure of visiting the Converse Store with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. There were a lot of converse products that I had not paid attention to that were brought to our attention. As we walked around we did not notice any slip or trip hazards. We were greeted by a few employees working the floor and they were very professional and courteous. We purchased a pair of shoes that cost $106 dollars. “Initially, I went in to Clark's just to browse because my job is returning back to office from Covid and I needed a pair of comfortable shoes. Upon entering the store, Erik immediately greeted me with a friendly smile and notified me of the 2 for $99 current promotion that was going on. I quickly found 3 pairs of shoes that I needed but I needed to find 1 additional pair to get the promotion on all 4 shoes. Erik saw that I needed help and offered to hold my 3 pairs of shoes at the front and then proceeded to go on a manhunt to find the 4th shoe in the size that I needed. He even informed me that if the size I needed was unavailable at the store, he would have it shipped to my home. Thankfully, the store had the size I needed and I was able to secure the promotion on all 4 pairs of shoes. Throughout my time in the store, Erik remained cognizant of my needs and offered me heel pads to place at the backs of my heels. I am so thoroughly impressed at how friendly and helpful Erik was and I will be sure to come back soon!!”
