Our passed away not to long ago but im so thankful for this place we got 3 extra years with our baby . They treated us when it was with such grace. “My dog was very ill and it was an emergency. Despite this clinic having no walk-ins they kindly accommodated for my dogs needs, showing exceptional care and flexibility. Dr. McCary and his team handled my dog with love and care. They diagnosed my dog and advised which clinic I should take her for emergency surgery. They took blood work and X-rays that were needed for the surgery.

“Dr Euers and her assistant are the best.......Been to many thru the yrs and none have come close. They are the only ones that actually take time to calm our our Annie before treating her. The assistant got on the floor with Annie showed her love. I've used many thru the years...Grand Park, Circle B, Katy Vet.in old Katy, Texas Republic to name a few. None came close.”

“Friendly and knowledgeable. I wish that the services offered were more complete. For example, if you want to have your pet’s teeth cleaned, a third party provides that service on a periodic basis. I understand that there are probably good reasons to have this arrangement, but it just means you need to be proactive and schedule in advance. Other than this minor nit-pick, we’ve had great service from Grand Westheimer.”
“I had anxiety about taking my two (inside only) cats to the vet. Dr. O and her vet tech her fabulous!!! They went above and beyond to make me and my cats feel comfortable. They were very patient and kind to my “unfriendly”. Amazed me when she wanted pets from her new amazing vet!”
“I have never called that I was put off for a long period of time.. My appointments are quicker than I expect. Dr. Sartor is the best vet I have ever taken my dog to.. He is always willing to explain my dog’s condition and the treatment plan and the office calls the next day to check on how my dog is doing!”

“Phenomenal staff! The ER doctors and technicians were fantastic with my furry baby. They were amazingly patient with all my questions, allowed me to stay overnight with my girl and took excellent care of her. They took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we knew we could call with any questions or concerns that may come up. I've been up for 31 hours caring for my sweet pup and spent 24 hours with the best Vets taking care of my best girl. Thank you so much!!”

“I took Misha mid December 2025 for her annual check up. I was greeted from the moment i arrived at Banfield Vet Hospital Katy on Fry rd. It was my first time at this place as it is my son in law who brings her normally. This place is awesome. Right after check in and weight we were taken to our room, the place was pristine clean. Keep in mind you’re at the vet. Still very nice. Little bit later our nurse came Jazmin (photo attached) she is great and explained me my options at full detail. Then a few mins later the License Vet came, Dr Dilraj Dhami. She follow up and took Misha for blood work, other tests and vaccines. It is 1 hour or less fater. We are at home now and Misha is so happy now playing with his old friend Benzo. All is good. Life is good and better with dogs and even more with Frenchies around you for extra love.”

But they were so sweet and patient with him. They got it done in no time without traumatizing and hurting him. Everyone was so welcoming and professional, I highly recommend it here!”
