Her Caring enough to be sure I corrected my military discount to save timr at the checkout and to be sure I took advantage of my Pro account as well. To Clarissa and Nick at the Pro Desk who provided the guide and instructions for me to accomplish this. When you care enough for others and treat them as you want to be treated it leaves a lasting impression and encourages us to pass it on. Hat's off to the management here as well for hiring such a great group. Kudos

“Today I went to this store and needed help in the gardening department, I walked to the front of the store and there was a young girl standing at the register, helping people check out she looked at me and asked if I needed help. I told her yes if she could get someone to help me over there she said I can help you and she walked me through to the garden entrée helped me pick out where I wanted and then took me back to get checked out. I do know that that was not her job, but that was the best Customer Service I have ever had in that store her name was Amy. She was very friendly, sweet and my grandfather who was with me said that he has seen her in there a couple of times and he’s always very helpful to him also, that’s what Customer Service is about. I would say look for Amy and she’ll help you with anything.”
