“I went to pick out flowers for a customer and an employee named Liberty was super helpful. She wouldn’t let me carry anything…at one point she carried 4 flats (one on her head) and put everything in my truck, trimmed the grasses and made sure everything looked clean. She’s a keeper Flower Ranch!”

“Today I went to this store and needed help in the gardening department, I walked to the front of the store and there was a young girl standing at the register, helping people check out she looked at me and asked if I needed help. I told her yes if she could get someone to help me over there she said I can help you and she walked me through to the garden entrée helped me pick out where I wanted and then took me back to get checked out. I do know that that was not her job, but that was the best Customer Service I have ever had in that store her name was Amy. She was very friendly, sweet and my grandfather who was with me said that he has seen her in there a couple of times and he’s always very helpful to him also, that’s what Customer Service is about. I would say look for Amy and she’ll help you with anything.”
