The maintenance team is extremely dependable, responsive, and always professional when addressing service requests. The leasing office & management team are resident-friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about the community. The property is consistently well-maintained, and the common areas are kept clean and inviting. One of my favorite aspects of living here is the resident social events. They are always fun, well-organized, and provide a great opportunity to connect with neighbors and build a sense of community. Overall, Lakeshore has been a wonderful place to call home, and I appreciate the effort the staff puts into creating a comfortable and welcoming living environment.”

“I’ve lived here 2018-2020 and 2023- present. & I’m renewing again this summer. Maintenance is always quick with repairs, the leasing staff are helpful and Diana is really nice and welcoming. She helped me process my renewal, and made sure I was happy with where I live. Pools are always clean and they have events and food trucks a lot too so there’s always stuff to do.”

As a long-time resident, I have enjoyed the no-hassle living and convenience provided by Huntcliff personnel. The office staff consisting of Cathy, Tanya, and Destiny are friendly, courteous and professional. The maintenance staff is likewise professional and complete all repairs in a timely and thorough fashion. I have lived here at Huntcliff in League City for 19 years and can confidently say that if you haven't looked at Huntcliff, you are looking in the wrong places!”

“I love this community and my apartment. It’s beautiful, quiet and safe! My kids love this place. Maintenance is always on time when I submit my tickets but since I been here since March I only had one ticket meaning I have no issues at all. The front office is amazing especially the property manager Michelle she’s such a great person. When I first visited with my kids she was so welcoming that’s when I made a decision to move here! Also Ashlee is great as well she’s so sweet and bubbly! Choose sorrento at Tuscan lakes as your new home! If it has 100 stars I’ll give it to them! Roxy was especially amazing on our tour and getting us set up, and she’s continued to help us with little concerns here and there even AFTER we’ve moved in and they have our money, which is a big deal to me. The neighbors have been very polite and quiet, the grounds are clean, the paint job in the apartment is very neat which is rare nowadays, and I feel very safe here.”

“We found these apartments online, went in as a walkin and spoke with Raquel. She was very informative, nice, and eager to help my daughter and grandbaby get into their own apartment. Any questions my daughter had She was always quick to respond. She made the application and move in process so smooth taking stress off my daughter. The apartment is clean, newly renovated and perfect for them. The apartment grounds are kept clean and laundry room has updated W/D that you can use by having the app which makes that convenient for my daughter.
