“I have enjoyed living here the part 5 years. Management is responsive and polite. Maintenance is prompt. I do have some issues that did not get completely resolved but it doesn't affect my overall experience. I also have new neighbors with 3 small children that are very loud above me. I wish they would have located them over tenants who also have children instead of over me.”

“I called Amalfi home for almost three years. Amalfi is such a wonderful place to live! The property is quiet and beautiful, the maintenance staff is very quick and attentive, and the front office is friendly and helpful. The community is clean and quiet, and I feel safe and comfortable here. Maintenance is usually pretty quick, and the office team does a great job keeping the community informed about what’s going on. Windsor Estates has the best management team Stephanie and Devon made sure I didn't miss they gave me glasses and it was a beautiful site to see. The office staff and maintenance team are truly the best.And as I said before I am so happy I live hear Rain and I love calling this place home and looking forward to continuing calling this place home.So I would tell anyone if they are looking for a fabulous place to live come here and give Windsor Estates a try. “My daughter and I have been here 7 months and are very happy here. The office staff, Mrs Karin and Mrs Tana, are incredible. They are both down to earth, professional, nice and they mind their business but handle their business at the same time. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. I've had a couple of maintenance requests during my stay here and the maintenance men have been prompt, respectful and efficient. The office had an adorable little Halloween party with pizza, drinks and candy for us and this Christmas they had a gift wrapping station and had prizes for the residents. I have zero complaints living here. My daughter rides her bike to the school down the road which at first worried me, but in the mornings Davis Rd has plenty of kids going to school, parents walking them, people exercising and walking their dogs. It's as safe here as anywhere else. This place truly feels like home, it is my peaceful sanctuary. The price is great to be in CCISD, close to shopping, restaurants, gas stations, the beach isn't far. I totally recommend The Shore apartments to anyone. I honestly am in disbelief about all of the bad reviews on here.”
“I’ve living here since the beginning of the year. I really want the place because the location, and it always looks nice from the outside, but with apartments you never now. It has been by far the best apartment I’ve been living in. Very peaceful, only issue my neighbor smoking weed, and I hate that smell really bad, I was told to by management to call the cops but I’m not calling the cops on my neighbors for that ??♀️, I’ve always thought it would be nicer for them to call them, so I try to keep my place ventilated and got me an air filter, not the most efficient way but nothing is perfect.
Vehicles are always safe, I’ve not seen the first one being towed or broken into, like in a lot of apartments that have that internal business.
No bugs at all, a cockroach came flying through the balcony and almost gave a heart attack but it was inevitable, nothing to do with the apartment management lol… just watch out for it if you want your balcony door open at night ?
So, five stars, a great place to live. Oh and staff have always been nice, no complaints at all.”

Great location for me at the time with many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Convenient covered parking was a huge plus for me as well. Many upgrades were being made to the property in my last month there. If you are in the market for a safe and quiet apartment with reasonable rent rates, I would recommend a visit to Vista Pointe.”
