The location is amazing, due to everything being so conveniently located; restaurants, schools, mall, stores and entertainment.
I feel safe leaving my family at home when I go to work. The complex is clean and quiet. I live downstairs and forget I have someone living upstairs.

“I have enjoyed living here the part 5 years. Management is responsive and polite. Maintenance is prompt. I do have some issues that did not get completely resolved but it doesn't affect my overall experience. I also have new neighbors with 3 small children that are very loud above me. I wish they would have located them over tenants who also have children instead of over me.”

“The A/C randomly stopped working today and immediately called maintenance to put in an emergency request. Alan was quick to respond, showed up ready to fix the issue in no time, and even had an air filter on hand since we needed a new one as well (air filter was not the issue but Alan was prepared). A/C was back up within the hour. Great job by Alan. Thank you!”
“We love San Palmilla. We've been here for 4 yrs now, it's our 2nd unit. We've been so happy with the amenities. The best part of living here is the Staff, office and maintenance. They are very helpful, responsive, and professional. One thing I've appreciated is that they're built well and it's rare to hear our neighbors. I've recommended this complex to so many bc I believe it's a great place. We initially thought living by the freeway would be an issue but in fact it's been great, HEB, Starbucks, and Doctors' office are within walking distance. “I absolutely love my new apartment. My girl Stephanie got me approved and all set up to move in within 3 days!!! My unit is perfect and I’ve had no issues at all living here. The complex is very peaceful and well kept. This complex is a great option for someone starting over or moving out for the first time!!”
“I like living here, it's close to everything. The staff is great. The pool and club house are resort like. They also have a Pavillion for BBQ with tables, chairs, couches, and an outdoor TV. The only thing is for the monthly rate, I expected a little more in upgraded appliances and fixtures. They are nice apartments, though. The recent paint job and spring landscaping really make the place pop!”

Windsor Estates has the best management team Stephanie and Devon made sure I didn't miss they gave me glasses and it was a beautiful site to see. “Nice apartments for price. Office team is quitenice and responsive and fixes problems quite fast longest I had to wait for something to be fixed was 2-3 days which seemed pretty fast since it wasn't a major issue. When I thought something was a big issue, they responded within the same day of the work order and the longest wait was a day.”

“Luz the apartment manager is absolutely amazing. When I have any problems, Luz is the first to get on it and have them fixed. She never fails to show her support and caring nature to my family! They just had Back to school party giving out Backpacks and Pizza. Great place to live and close to many stores!”

The property was clean, quiet, the parking was very organized which is appreciated, and there's even a dog park that's fenced. The property is a pet friendly one, the swimming pool was very pretty.”

I needed to exercise their 30day early release with no penalty clause because I got a new job opportunity in Dallas that I could not pass up! “Only two con is this place has horrible parking and the thin walls. I mean the first two nights I had to park on the opposite side of the complex because there was nothing on my side of the complex. So I was basically forced to get a parking spot for my wife and I. Which is another $70 on top of my $1300 rent for a 1 bedroom. They really do need to do something about parking here. The thin walls I mean I hear every cooking prep, fridge shut, closing door, steps, tv, screaming, laughing, tapping, washer, shower, water dripping in the plumbing, sink being used, ect. They really need to insulate these walls.There is a lot of pros. Pet owners pick up after themselves. The property is in really good shape and maintained. The maintance takes care of stuff very fast. I had a a/c leak and they were there in 10 minutes. The gym is great with everything you need even a stair stepper. They have a movie room. The bathrooms are always clean. The pool is so nice. It has the hanging circle chairs and even a fireplace. All the furniture is maintained. The grills are always clean. They put on events all the time with a huge budget. The staff is very kind. I really like living here. The a/c works great.”
