“Leaving this review for service from fedex delivery company. I recently had a package delivery I missed. Fedex went above and beyond to get the package to me after our location was reported as closed to get the package to me the following day. They followed up with me the following day to make sure we had great service on that delivery and ensured the package reached us. The customer service for that follow up call was American. I was very grateful for the follow-up. Fedex as a company is a lot more accountable than UPS.”
“Staff is so patient and helpful. They have weighed things I need to ship and given me estimates even though I'm not shipping at the time. And they don't charge for tape!!”

I then drove to Instant Imprints and could see she was busy, but she gave me time to explain our needs and the delivery requirements. I was amazed at the professional and accurate fulfillment of our order, even tough she was busy with other work. I was so lucky to find this company and Andrea who exceeded all my expectations! “The owner is so kind. I found him on Yelp and he fit me in on short notice. I'm sure he can't always do that, but I was super grateful. His shop is clean, filled with hard workers, and he took the time to decide fonts and gave his best advice for embroidery vs. print. I recommend him for personal work as well as mass production work because he showed examples of current projects and it's evident that they produce quality work. I came to him for a personal bridal gift where I wanted a sweater embroidered with the last name as well as "bride". Couldn't be happier!!”

The lady who took my info online and printed the shirt had great color scheme ideas and the final product came out GREAT!I was picky about which t-shirt material I wanted bc of this Texas heat. And I was also particular about not having a collar that fits tightly bc of my discomfort with tightness around my neck. She came through with EXACTLY what I wanted And QUICKLY!Highly recommend!!”
