“Outstanding location. Google stated they opened at 8AM, but when I got there the sign read open at 9AM. At 8:30AM the manager notice me outside, came out, and welcomed me in early. Made my morning! Very friendly and helpful service.”
“My visit was 5-11-2025 Mothers Day/Sunday and this 5 star review is brought to you bcz of BRENT (I hope I remembered his name right! ?♀️). Customer Service is pretty much non-existent anywhere u go these days, but I was pleasantly surprised when I came into the store- was promptly greeted, the dude asked if he cud help me, I only explained ONCE, was checked out and happy all in about 10 minutes. It was a MIRACLE right there on Wilshire Blvd. I had purchased a really cute lamp fir my mom on Temu. It came without a bulb and almost zero info on the kind I needed to get! BRENT understood and brought some over that he even TESTED for me (I had brought the lamp base into the store) made sure they fit- it was an awesome experience that I wish I cud get everywhere else I go. Sounds like I'm exaggerating but u have NO idea how my day to day interactions with employees at other establishments have changed from rude to repulsive over the last few years. Batteries Plus- please appreciate this man & ur employees who do good CS- I have missed being treated like a human for so long now. Thanks Brent for making the experience @ ur store 5 STARS. ✌️”

“I had to replace the entire key fob for my 2011 GMC Terrain SLT. The old one wouldn't unlock the doors and the auto start didn't work. The 1st location we went to said they had to place an order for someone to come program the fob. I went back and their machine for cutting keys was down. I went to another location and not only did he duplicate my car key, but programmed the fob right then and there. And the price? $129.00. The dealership would have been three times that amount. Highly recommend Batteries+”

“My check engine light came on and I thought it was only the gas cap, the young lady offered to do the check engine light testing which is free. The results showed that I need VVT Solenoid. Another employee over heard me saying “I don’t know how I’m going to to do this.” And Mike came and put the VVT on for me. It meant so much that he did that for me.”
“Best customer service around! Battery went dead in our truck while we were at a Paschal High School football game with the kids. Tow trucks couldn't get there for over 1 1/2 hrs and we live in another town. Husband walked over to pickup a battery. Hugo went above and beyond for us. Gave him a ride back and helped him replace the battery in a matter of mins. Hugo really saved the day and got us back on the road! Thank you!!”
“Want to start this off by saying I was there at the store the day Andre Gonzalez (the guy who left the second most recent review after this) was there.Andre was completely entitled and childish. He gave the employee a coupon that was expired then proceeded to make a scene after the employee said he could not use it. The employee then explained to him how oriellys would send him new ones to replace his old ones. However that was not good enough for Andre he demanded a discount right there in store. After the employee told him that’s not the policy Andre proceeded to yell and insult the employees as he was walking out. The employee kept it professional and courteous never raising his voice and kept telling Andre to “have a nice day”I’ve been coming to this store for years and never had any problems the guys are always great and friendly. I just thought it was wrong how an entitled customer tried to leave such a negative review because he did not get his way.”

Therefore, O'Reilly is not allowed to install these as they could be liable if something went wrong. So, he helped me get a new battery and recommended someone to install it for me, who was two minutes away. Done in no time! Thank you, Ted, for your help and friendliness as well”

One day i went in feeling sad and the whole team cheered me up and got me out of depression. These guys are like family now. From the manager to the drivers, they ALL are very generous and kind. If i could rate more than 5 stars i would!!”
“Great prices and selection, I purchased a good used battery the first trip; customer service when buying was very helpful and energetic, customer service when returning core was slightly rough, but that was partially my fault for not following the clerk’s instructions without deviation. I have been recommending them to everybody as a great alternative to purchasing new.”
“If I could I would give this location 10 stars. Ms Bobby is one of the most kind, very knowledgeable, professional, and hard working auto parts cashier I have ever met. I came in for an alternator on Monday which she gave me the most helpful tips on. I returned the core on Wednesday which while I was returning the core a guy came in and ran out of the store with a car jack(which was still in the box). Ms Bobby ran after the attempted thief along with the rest of the staff and retrieved the merchandise unharmed. Unfortunately the guy got away, but I’ve never seen a more loyal set of hard working and determined individuals. Ms Bobby along with the staff have now earned a valuable customer. This will always be my go to auto parts store and location from here on out. Thanks Ms Bobbi for being super awesome.”

“I had to write this review because what Jonathan at the O’Reilly’s store @ 4011 E Belknap St in Haltom City was just beyond amazing to me. I’m suffering financially like you would not believe. I only had $13 to my name and I don’t get paid for another 5 days but the battery in my key fob was dead and I had to have another one & to buy one would have cost me $14, I didn’t have it. But Jonathan remembered that someone had left one there and he had been waiting a long time for them to come back and they hadn’t so he gave it to me. It was such a blessing. I know everyone is thinking it’s just a key fob, but it’s more than that. It was so kind and it was such a blessing to me. I thank Jesus, that he was the one that helped me today. He’s just amazing. Thank you Jonathan. O’Reilly’s you guys have a wonderful employee there don’t lose him!!!!”
