“I took my 2019 MacBook Pro to the Geek Squad for repair. Since my computer needed work on the inside, they, unfortunately, told me they were not authorized by Apple to open my Apple computer. However, they were nice enough to informally recommend Hardin Computer who is authorized by Apple to repair MacBook Pro computers.

“I really cannot recommend this business enough. The owner, Li Garcia, is extremely kind, patient and honest.

Li knows his stuff extremely well. I had a complex issue where my computer couldn't POST or access BIOS, and he identified the issue in under an hour. When I later came to discuss the issue with him, he explained to me how he replaced my CPU with a placeholder and showed me that my processor was actually at fault for being unable to boot. We had in depth discussions about temperatures and my cooling system where he was finally able to discern that my processor was defective, and he proved to me that the rest of my system worked fine with another CPU. He even checked every one of my motherboard's CPU pins to make sure they were all good to go!

Li also helped me work through the RMA process with AMD, giving me advice and even going as far as to make a report/statement for the CPU upon my request that I later sent to AMD. If you're having any computer issues, look no further. Li's honest personality and kindness makes him stand out from other repair businesses I've seen and considered. He will undoubtedly have my business again if I ever need more help!”

“I'm giving them 5 stars because of Tristan! This man provides top tier customer service. He helped me find the right speakers for my vehicle, gave me the quote that was well within my budget but couldn't seal the deal because the installation guys appear to have bankers hours and are barely or in this situation NOT even there on the weekends... This makes no sense.
I'm sad that Tristan could only go so far, practically gave me everything I needed to make an informed decision, but couldn't complete the transaction. Not his fault. He is a rock star! Installation...do better. You're losing money! Now, I have to take my business elsewhere.”

“I came here looking for a new laptop since mine bit the dust after 10 years. The variety was good but the prices were high unfortunately. Ben, an older worker, helped me greatly. Not only was he respectful of my price range, but even worked to solve the issues I had with my previous one’s overheating issue. Ben was a great help and was a great character. The only issue was that the one I wanted wasn’t in stock and was only available in Mansfield. On the bright side, I was offered another choice of getting it delivered in quite literally 3 days. Four stars instead of five because it said the laptop was available but wasn’t actually. Otherwise great. TLDR: Great discounts, helpful employees (Ben), and wonderful customer service. Would recommend for anybody looking to get a laptop.
