“We moved to Burleson May of 2023. Every time I’ve had cause to visit this location, we’ve been helped by Chris and I can’t rave enough about how knowledgeable, kind, & helpful he’s been. Sometimes having phone issues can be frustrating but with Chris’ help there’s no stress to be had. He makes you feel like there’s nothing he can’t handle or help you to take care of taking away any frustration you may have had before arriving in his care. Someone needs to make this guy a manager or even regional director of some kind because if everyone treated customers like he does there wouldn’t be any customers complaining about service!! Thanks Chris for always being so spunky and having such a warm greeting smile!! He’s the only person I want To work with coming to this location because I know Every time I have To go in, I’m getting the most professional service TMobile has to offer!! “I read the reviews before I came here, and called before I headed over there and on the phone I forgot who I talked to but she was really friendly and really helpful and then I went in and it was a totally different experience than the negative comments I read in the reviews. I met with the same lady I talked to on the phone with she was very nice very very helpful I still have to go back and get a phone because I couldn't get the cash but she even gave me a charger before I left because I told her what was happening with my phone and I'm sure that charger wasn't cheap it's like a turbocharger. And I was going to write a good review before she even gave me the charger and that just topped everything off and now my phone is working perfectly after I tried multiple chargers this is the only one that would charge it and she gave it to me free of charge. I'm definitely coming here for all my T-Mobile needs while I'm in fort Worth. I studied the place while I was in there different employees working with different customers and everyone was really chill and seemed very helpful I didn't see one aggravated customer, and I did ask about the reviews and even mentioned that this place is a lot better than some of these reviews made it out to be and come to find out one of the really long bad reviews on here somebody put down and it wasn't even this isn't even the right store they wrote a wrong review for this store thinking it was the another store but I highly recommend this place for your customer service.”

“I had such a great experience thanks to Carlos at Spectrum at this store by the Gran Plaza. My modem completely died the day before, and since I work from home I was stressed and anxious about getting it fixed quickly. Carlos made everything super easy from the very beginning. He explained things clearly, handled everything with patience, and really took the worry off my shoulders.
I actually had gone to this store earlier in the day and had to go back home to get some documents i needed . When i went back it was Carlos who helped me out the second time. This was such a relief after a previous agent hadn’t been very helpful. Carlos went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I left feeling confident and supported.

“Jessie was great , my mother and I originally went in because her phone froze one day and wouldn’t turn on . We were very worried that this would mean years of memories lost because of the backup on the phone . Jessie was able to save my mother’s memories without even opening up her phone since the phone was completely disabled and broken . Jessie then went and got the iPhone 15 pro max for my mother and helped her through the steps of opening the phone and how to use it which was honestly him going out of his way because they were very busy . When I got my mothers phone Jessie told us to come back anytime so we took that literally lol and came back the same day ?!!! My boyfriend and I was able to update to 2 iPhone 15 pro max and Jessie helped us again through the process of transferring all my info and even made sure all my photos and messages came back after the phone was updated . Jessie was very patient, kind, and honest ! He needs a raise and more !!! Thank you again!!”

“Verizon customer service has wasted over 3 hours of my time over their mistake. I gave up and went to the store on I 20 Arlington. The manager fixed it in a matter of minutes and Jada set me up with a new phone and even saved money with combining streaming perks that allows me to bundle through Verizon. Excellent customer service AT THE STORE.”
“Overall T-Mobile has been a great service provider for us with very few issues. My wife and I are world travelers (83 countries so far) and being able to get off a cruise ship or airplane, turn on the phone and have immediate service is fantastic. I ran into an issue a couple years ago with a replacement phone that I returned to their distribution center which they received but I was not credited for. After 5 months of almost no progress, I finally went into this store where they were finally able to assist me in resolving the issue. Since then, after upgrading 2 phones twice, I have returned several of the required trade-in phones via this location. The staff appear to be competent though not the warmest or friendliest. But they get the job done.
If you have specific issues that a local franchisee owned branch store cannot assist you successfully with, I recommend going to this company owned store and soliciting their help. You'll get farther.”
