“Great place highly recommend. Just 3 days after buying a used 2012 fiat, we had been at another mechanic about the check engine coming on. They told us it was a running light causing the light to come on. Needless to say we took them at their word. 2 days later the car stranded me and my granddaughter 30 minutes from home when the transmission basically went out. When I purchased the car we opted for the extended warranty knowing what can happen with a used car. Well need less to say the warranty company was ridiculous. Alex and the guys at Mayo Autoworks 2 in killeen helped us out. They diagnosed the problems yes multiple. Helped us with the warranty company and kept us up to date the entire time. After receiving the new transmission the techs put a rush on the job and got me back my car faster than expected . Much appreciated their communication, help, knowledge and understanding. Will be coming back for any mechanical issues and highly recommending them to anyone in search of a good mechanic. Thanks”
