“First and foremost, I would like to say “To God be the glory”! Shout out and blessings to John over at NAPA auto parts in Kingwood. I purchased a battery with AAA roadside assistance approximately four months ago. After the second month, I’ve been having issues with it. I had no more tows available for the year so AAA did not want to come back to check on the possible bad battery in my vehicle. It has been a nightmare and tons of stranded days.
I was led here to NAPA auto parts where John was so kind. Even though I was at my wits end, frustrated and a bit emotional about the whole situation John was kind and welcoming and was able to assist and get me back together.
Over and beyond amazing customer service.
I drive 45mins to come to this Napa Auto parts and every encounter with every staff member has been exceptional!

Sydney, Donavan, Chelsea and Allison made my first experience with Crash Collision (Kingwood) perfect.
Sydney is the first person I talked with on Monday, 9/22/2025, at 4pm to make an appointment. She was polite and professional over the phone and thoroughly answered all my questions with a smile in her voice. She made my appointment for Tuesday, 9/23/2025.
Donavan was the person that greeted me with a smile at the main office and checked me in on Tuesday at 1pm. He walked out to the car with me and marked the damaged area for repair. He assured me the driver’s side front door would not rub with the panel that was to be repaired. I felt comfortable with everything Donavan told me.
Chelsea became my best friend as she texted me every morning with a status report on the repair of my car. I met her when I picked up the car on Monday, 9/29/2025, at 9:30am. She drove up with my car and said good morning with a smile. I thanked her for the excellent daily communications.
Allison processed all my paperwork with a smile and went over all the things I needed to know about washing and not waxing the car for 90 days. She was polite and professional like all the employees I encountered in this 6-day experience with Crash Collision (Kingwood).
Please thank these four employees that made my first experience with Crash Collision (Kingwood) a delight.
