“We have been using Best Automotive for few years. Aaron and his team fixed an issue that I brought in. We had lifted our truck and there was a squeaky sound coming from driver side. The shop that installed had misdiagnosed it and we went to another shop to see what they could find. Nobody could figure what was wrong. So I bring it to Aaron and his team and Randy figured it out and fixed it. I cannot tell you how happy we are to finally resolve this squeaky issue and can drive our truck with no annoying sounds. They actually did a custom electric cut off valve for our Flowmaster exhaust that is like no other. We wanted the ability to open and close our exhaust valves for a quieter sound and cabin sound as well. Hands off to the team here. We cannot thank you enough for your professionalism and competitive rates and communication on the job. Great quality work done here.”

“My alternator went out when I was making a left hand turn from and to major roads. I was helped by the police directing traffic around me. Kingwood Service Center helped me to contact a towing service and their truck was right around the corner from me. I was quickly towed to Kingwood Service Center, where they repaired my car and gave me a ride home. I picked it up the next day and it is running great! They turned a rather traumatic experience into a “no problem” situation. I thank them so much! NT”
