I purchased a battery with AAA roadside assistance approximately four months ago. After the second month, I’ve been having issues with it. I had no more tows available for the year so AAA did not want to come back to check on the possible bad battery in my vehicle. It has been a nightmare and tons of stranded days.
I was led here to NAPA auto parts where John was so kind. Even though I was at my wits end, frustrated and a bit emotional about the whole situation John was kind and welcoming and was able to assist and get me back together.
