“I just want to take the time out to express myself about a very important message about a Employer named Angel she was a very very nice sweet helpful young lady I had I issued with another Batteries and Bulb store off Spring Cypress trying to get my husband phone repair to be lied to was very poor customer service so I called assurance back to tell them my bad experience I had over at the store they game the humble location I called and spoke with Angel and if I tell you God sent me a Angel because she over and beyond and out of her way to help find the part for my husband phone I really appreciate her so much you deserve a merit raise thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication ?????”
“My Lexus hybrid battery failed. With over 200k miles, paying the dealer over $5k for a new battery seemed nuts. A highly rated independent Lexus repair shop (Clear Choice) recommended Greentec Auto. I am impressed that all is working well after a few weeks. The internet is full of other battery suppliers/installers with really mixed reviews.”

“I don't know why O'Reilly's auto parts is so much better than the competition. The employees they are always seem able to find the correct part I need and can verify the part is correct. This O'Reillys is no different than the others. I've been satisfied every time I've gone there. I don't care for their corporate website but the local people can't do anything about that. Anyway, go visit them bring your van if you don't know your vehicle details and they will fix you up.”
“SUPERIOR SERVICE !!! - The O'Reilly Auto Parts on Atascocita in Humble has been my go-to auto parts store since I moved into the neighborhood in 2020. Last month, when I could not find a spare tire kit for my Acura, Christine came to my rescue. She located the kit and the tire. She had it in the store within a day or two! Simply awesome. Everything was brand new, in-the-box, and was perfect. Thanks Christine.”

“I ended up getting a wrong battery from the store in South lake Houston in 1960 I purchased one from batteries Plus and on the way home I found the store and the gentleman was very polite professional any helped me with the battery and put it out of my vehicle and brought it back in and was very polite professional and courteous I give him a five stars This is the expectation that I have when I deal with this organization unfortunately the last one was not so great better service at this location and I'm speaking as a man with over 25 years in the industry just in parts alone I hate giving bad reviews but this one is a five-star but the last door not so good”

“Just have to recognize Manager Jodee and Associate Kelly. These two ladies helped me so much. I had bought parts from a different OReilly but they gave me wrong parts. Drove to New Caney Tire, which is great place to get brakes done or tires, which is across the street from New Caney OReilly. They said I had wrong parts. Went across street and Jodee and Kelly switched out parts for me. They are amazing and deserve to be promoted. The Lord was so good to me also in that he kept me and provided for me.”
