“I just received the best customer service possible at this five below location. As a third party shopper I get a lot of attitudes but that is not what I got from Dustin. He appeared to be the manager on staff. Very helpful. Very kind the whole process. I understand the annoyance of having someone ask you over and over where something is so I tried to avoid that but I still get negative energy from the associates because of what they expect but I didn't get any of that from him. Y'all got somebody special working at the front of the store. Please keep him around”

“I’ve been a regular at this Dollar General for about 5 years, and overall I genuinely love this store. Most of the employees are amazing—I know many of them by name. The manager does a great job, and Diane is always kind, welcoming, and helpful.
However, I’ve had repeated negative experiences with one employee that have impacted my visits.
A couple of years ago, I was checking out on a Saturday and trying to reach the $25 total for the $5 off coupon. I asked if she could ring up one more item while I quickly grabbed it, since I knew it was in stock. She responded by raising her voice and saying, “I can’t do that,” in a very harsh and unprofessional tone.
This past Saturday (04/04/26), I had a similar experience. I simply asked if she could hit the total button, so I could confirm my coupons came off before adding more items. Before I could even finish speaking, she cut me off and again said she “can’t do that,” with the same tone of voice and totally unnecessary attitude
At this point, it’s not about policy—it’s about how Kelley treats customers. She does not listen and is unwilling to help, which creates a COMPLETELY different experience compared to the rest of the team.
I truly like this store and appreciate the majority of the staff, which is why I’m sharing this feedback. I hope Kelley gets an attitude adjustment and works on her approach to customers, as she often comes across so RUDE and unnecessarily negative. A refresher in basic customer service skills would make a HUGE difference.”
“This is my go-to Dollar General. It's so easy to just pop in and out if I just need a few things. The store is always well stocked and the employees are generally friendly.”

“I've been going to a lot of dollar stores and dollar generals and this one has been the cleanest most spacious. Your not squeezing into left over products they left. Today I actually gave them thanks for their hard work and it looked like a higher up was there and an elderly couple needed help with the bags because they don't let you take the carts out and he actually grabbed their big bag of dog food and helped take it to their car. He was well dressed tossed the bag over his shoulder. It was nice to see compassion. Cashiers have been cool. And not rude. Hope you have a good experience here.”

“Love this particular Dollar Tree. They are a crowded little store but seem to have treasures hard to find elsewhere. They are always busy and always stocking! Sometimes I have to wait a couple of minutes to check out but it's worth the wait! Friendly staff.love it!”
“Usually the selection of pretty good food Personal Care items cleaning supplies cosmetic baby products personal care cigarettes cigarettes and beer however sometimes the prices can be a little hard drive price on milk vary from store to store at one place they might be $3 and at the next door couple miles down the road is 365 and the service can be slow and the lines long but they take EBT and offer cash back for a nominal fee”

“This a big Dollar Tree! The biggest I've been to. They are pretty well stocked and have a few things that other Dollar Tree's don't have so there's a wider variety of products. And they also have a larger selection of bath , hygiene and beauty products! Customer service is great as well!”

“As per Dollar General's business model there is practically one in everyone's neighborhood so hopping in and jumping right back out is easily doable any weekday on through the weekend. Convience is key with any social or family gathering. Most prep items, cutlery, condiments, drinks, or drinkware needed are a moment away & no one need forget ice. You will find most everyday items in the store for under $5 and it would shock me to ever see anything over $10 which makes monthly budgeting a breeze and holidays to die for! My only complaint is the staff interaction is usually limited to the register only & very few are either helpful answering questions nor do they seem pleasant. This criticism is actually based on at least 4 stores I regularly frequent, 2 others somewhat infrequent and 5 cities I have resided in throughout the years, being such a long period of time I thought I'd mention it perhaps the management may wish to give their staff new training options, you never know(sometimes a fresh outlook is a game changer)!!”

“I went today to get a couple of stuff but couldn’t locate them I asked the employee named Mel if she can tell me where they are located. I told her I went that way but didn’t find them, mind you she was super duper busy stocking stuff! She went out of her way went to check the location and saw they didn’t have any so she went to the back and dug for them and was so completely nice about it! I appreciate her doing the most to help me find them! Thank you Mel!”
“I was surprised how much selection they had. This really is a mini grocery store along with some of the other sundries that you can get at family Dollar. I went looking for beef broth and was pleased to find it. It's not a glamorous experience but they do have what you need.”
“Although I love family dollar it's either isles are exceptionally crowded with unboxed merch, or the alarm is going off once you pay and walk out (embarrassing) today it was their card machine, was not letting me use my card kept giving an error saying card validated but was declining my purchase. So I had to use the same card cashapp a customer and she paid cash for my items. It wasn't my card. Card worked fine at next store I told cashier they should have their machine checked because customer who paid cash for my items said that particular machine declines her card also she has to use the other... Like let's get it together already Family Dollar”
“So this was my first time in this store. And I must say it is so chaos things are everywhere. I was so lost and things were mixed up. The shelves look like they were empty but yet and still the store was full. The customer service was very excellent. But the items were very good they had things that Family Dollars does not have. My favorite things are candy and items for my grandchildren and I love their items. Only thing I would say is better. Overall I would give them a 4”
