“Woodforest Bank at Switchbud in The Woodlands has been my primary bank location for almost 20 years. As I travel and have recently moved to another state that has no Woodforest locations, the team at Woodforest has been faithful to assist me with odd situations that come from being out of town or in a different country. Assistance with fraudulent charges, using my card overseas, obtaining foreign currencies for trips, and general handholding have been the norm.
Best "neighborhood" bank that I have ever experienced. I do not miss Wells Fargo or Bank of America. Woodforest is personal.”
