Greater Texas Credit Union has been serving Texas since 1952. They are a not-for-profit financial cooperative aimed at providing an array of products and services to their members. They specialize in personal and business checking & savings accounts, loans, and investment options. For ease and convenience, they offer online accessibility and shared branch service centers for their members across the state and nationwide. The staff, including Christina, Tiffany, Michael, and Myriam, were helpful with collections to accounts and provided extremely helpful support and suggestions, helping members get ID shield for protection of their accounts. The staff at the Kyle branch has always been so helpful to members and their families, and the staff at the locations are friendly, courteous, and efficient in resolving any issues.
So far so good. Tiffany was a great help I've enjoyed the service here and love that it's a local branch. They have a user friendly app as well which is great. I would recommend.
