For ease and convenience, they offer online accessibility and shared branch service centers for their members across the state and nationwide. The staff, including Christina, Tiffany, Michael, and Myriam, were helpful with collections to accounts and provided extremely helpful support and suggestions, helping members get ID shield for protection of their accounts. The staff at the Kyle branch has always been so helpful to members and their families, and the staff at the locations are friendly, courteous, and efficient in resolving any issues.
I chose this financial institution because of the numerous positive reviews. From the moment I walked in, I was convinced I made the right decision. Daisy greeted me, Christina walked me through the various products, and Kayli offered me a huge welcome to Kyle from a locals perspective. I have found my bank!!
