“I've paid off several items from them with no complaints. If something needed a repair they would either send out someone to fix it in home or they would come and pick it up and give me a loaner till mine was fixed.”

“Proven Products were cordial and addressed my questions. I bought a washer that actually cleans clothes (like the old time washers did). They arranged delivery of the new washer and hauled away the old one. Proven Products in Webster was the closest retailer that sold the desired washer.”

“Ari was very welcoming and professional. I had a great experience at Geek Squad. The team made me feel comfortable right away. Ari explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure all the notes were accurate for the technician. She even reviewed everything with me to ensure nothing was missed. Ari is truly amazing, and her professionalism made all the difference.”

“I forgot his name. He is the assistant manager, young, possibly white with strawberry blonde hair. He helped me with advice for the best products when experiencing a clogged pipe. My concern was not wanting to buy something that didn’t work. He recommended a different product and gave me steps on what to do. Let’s just say my drain was unclogged before adding the solution. (He suggested using the snake first). Thank you so much for being an active listener to the consumer’s needs!”

“I recommend Home Depot but not today. Especially if you are wanting paint don’t come today. Employees did not acknowledge you that they will be with you in a moment. They either walked around, talked to each other or were busy on their phone. Would be nice an acknowledgment that’s all I ask. Don’t ignore use especially if I’m spending over $250 in just one stop. Not good for business. Yes and I was petty enough to video them.”

“I went to The Home Depot to get lumber and needed it cut. A gentleman named Sam who worked in the lumber department had such a positive attitude, was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had the right material for the job. It's hard workers like that that keep you going back.”

“Curbside pickup, using the Home Depot app- the associates have incredible response time! Angel was ready to drop off my items. Management request- only four designated pickup spots makes it hard when they are all taken. I had to be dropped off in the median to wait to apprehend my order during ‘curbside pickup’; otherwise, how do you designate a pickup local when there are none ?”

“It is a clean and organized home depot, just like the majority of them out there. But one issue that I find to be aggravating is whenever they're having a large holiday sale and you need assistance getting the things that they have locked up behind cages. Or on a shelf over ten foot tall and they're so shorthanded that you're in the store two hours to buy two things because you can't find help. Sometimes it's just better to buy it online.”
