“I have been a customer of LaPorte Automotive for over 30 years. When I first became a customer I lived in LaPorte so they were convenient along with being honest and doing good work. Later, I moved to Friendswood and tried the local Christian Brothers shop which always seemed to find $2,000 of work that needed to be done on whatever vehicle I brought to the shop. The last time CB called with a $2000 estimate I asked them not make the repair but to provide me with the estimate. I took the list of recommended repairs to LPA and asked them to look at the vehicle. Over half the estimate was for unnecessary work (not a broken item as CB claimed). That was 15 years ago. We make the trip to Laporte for all of our car work including all preventative maintenance and repairs on our Lexus. Honesty and competency, a great combination.Services: Electrical repair”

“I cannot recommend this place enough. They have 2 locations in the area, La Porte and Deer Park. Both are amazing. First off the front ladies make sure you are aware of every step of the process. This was my first time having to utilize a collision place and insurance, Athena from the La Porte office, explained in detail what was expected and handled EVERYTHING. Got my rental to me and when my car was ready, she had my car taken to the Deer Park location because they stayed open later. Lindsey, at Deer Park was very cordial and explained the warranty in detail and I was able to pay them for the services in La Porte. SO CONVENIENT!!For the body work, they did above and beyond!!!! Not only did they do a great job on what was expected but they went behind that. I had a little light dangling, not pertaining to the collision, and they fixed it. They also detailed my car so when I got in it she had that new car smell. I didn't realize how much I missed her. I would give 10 stars if I could. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT WELSH COLLISION CENTER!!!! “So I have been here a few times for my daughter’s car and they were always very honest and fair and QUICK. Well today they were out to the test my a/c was malfunctioning and I called at 3:30 on a Friday they told me to go ahead and come in by 4.30 diagnosed the problem and had the part and by 5:45pm it was done ✔️ Moat places would have put off and kept your car until Monday when it was more convenient but not Leonard’s!
