“Leaving this review for service from fedex delivery company. I recently had a package delivery I missed. Fedex went above and beyond to get the package to me after our location was reported as closed to get the package to me the following day. They followed up with me the following day to make sure we had great service on that delivery and ensured the package reached us. The customer service for that follow up call was American. I was very grateful for the follow-up. Fedex as a company is a lot more accountable than UPS.”

Mary at Sign City was very helpful assisting me from start to finish; she showed me numerous samples for my approval, set up the signage installation and once the job was completed she followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. I was 100% satisfied and will recommend Sign City to others.”

Staples Print Department did an excellent job of deleting, inserting, and then printing several copies of my booklet. The paper and print quality were excellent! I was more than satisfied!”
“Many times, I have used this store for various reasons, but recently, I went there to return my Amazon order. I made it clear to the clerk that I purchased 5 items, and I am returning 4 for a refund . And he made out the return label for only 3. Long story short, my return items all made it to Amazon except one. I had to pay for this item that somehow got lost in the shuffle , it isn't about the money, but the principle . Other than that, the staff is incredible, working hard to assist everyone as quickly as possible, Good work, guys , but pay closer when someone explains a situation.”
