“Dropped off a return package to this UPS store a couple of weeks ago. Once I learned that my return package had not been received from the merchant. I was billed $240. I immediately called the store. Spoke to Noel the manager who helped me track the package and provided me the tracking number I needed to include date and time! I received the upmost caring compassion customer service and he understood the urgency of locating this package for me. once I obtained the information the merchant was able to credit me back the $240! from now on this is my UPS store for all my returns! Happy new loyal customer!”
