“I've never mailed/shipped anything before and was very clueless when I walked in but luckily the employees here were very kind and helpful. I don't remember her name but the woman with dark hair who helped me was very nice and explained everything to me even though they were quite busy. I just came in with my item and they packaged it and created the shipping label and everything. I definitely recommend this location and will be returning if I never need to mail/ship anything again.”

“I really want to come here and say the the staff are always so friendly and helpful even on the busiest days. Today was a rough day for me and Velma helped me with my returns. She talked with me about my day, even after being yelled at by very disrespectful customer who shouted at her and was honeslty being racist towards her. Both her and the tall guy that was helping him did not deserve that. The girl with the silver hair kept her composure and assisted with the line getting almost everyone out with their returns as well.
PLEASE BE NICE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKERS! THIS STAFF HAS SOME OF THE BEST TEAMWORK I HAVE EVER SEEN!”
