“When I stopped there, the cash machine had recently attempted to be stolen, and they guys were putting boards on the broken windows. The guy said it happens “all the time” at lots of stores, very concerned for the employees that work over night, mostly a single person all night, kinda very concerning.
The girl cashier was nice and friendly.”
“Computer Giant was able to bring my son’s gaming computer back from the dead. They were kind, professional and thorough. There was a mishap with the second hard drive that made the repair take more time, but they did not charge us for the recovery and kept us informed throughout the process. I would absolutely take my computer there again, and they have gained customers for life.”

Chelly is so fun to talk to while we are there and asks if we need help with anything every chance she gets. Those two have customers leaving happy. “Needed my charging port cleaned on my iPhone because I work in a dirty environment and have to get it done sometimes. The owner was extremely nice, sociable, and fun to talk to while he cleaned it. Reasonably priced and did more work than asked. TLDR: Owner does good work and seems passionate about his business and customers. Highly recommend”

“Debbie is amazing she's a very hard worker she's always helping customers one the floor or behind the counter she sometimes gets overwhelmed because she's the only one upfront because don't know where the other workers are. It will be past 10 minutes and don't see other workers around. They need more workers on the floor. I've seen customers walk out because of this.”

“One guy out of 3 staff members was a very good salesman. He was helping a friend, offering me extras beyond what my question was for one other saleswoman. The other man just sat off to the side quietly. If they could make 3 of the first salesman, the store would be doing great all the time. Another suggestion I would like to make is to have prices of any kind on any of their accessories. I felt they just requested whatever they felt like offering and I hate to ask for each and every item i was interested in. Chose not to buy anything extra because of this.”

Barring a few minor inconveniences with cup lids and such, it's a great store! “Went bc our TV broke...didn't want to wait on payday for a new one...the website said on line or in store..5.00 get u set up...no for a cheap used philippe thet wanted 80.00 down....nope 80.00 I can go get a new small one at walmart...I mean come on...kinda defeated the purpose at least in my mind..!
