They are very helpful and they give you the best price possible that you can get on your merchandise. They are real easy to work with they do their best to make sure that what you pawn you have apple time to get it back, It's just amazing how people who have such a stressful job can be so polite and attentive to their customers I recommend it to all my friends and family. Knowing that they will always be there for you it really gives you a sign of relief this is by far the best branch in Waco.”

“I switched to T-mobile from AT&T today. I was at the T-Mobile store in Bellmead, TX and the young man Ben Roshto was very professional and answered all my questions in detail. I had been with AT&T 26+ years but their service has steadily went downhill at my house over the last 2 years but they kept going up on my bill. 3 months ago switched to T-Mobile home internet and have been very satisfied. Now my phone and internet bill is cheaper than my AT&T bill.”

“By far the most exceptional customer service that I have ever experienced!!!!! I went to the cricket in south valley mills Waco, TX, got the absolute worst service i ever could experience. When I walked in she handled 4 other customers all while training an employee!! Did everything for me the other store said they could not do. Switched over two lines while also helping another client set up apps, pay a bill, and setting up my HBO max all day at the same time. After the south Waco location told me there was no way for me to access my lines and I could just activate whole new lines! This woman deserves a raise!!! And every rep and manager should be put under her wing for training purposes before being introduced to the public!!!!!! She was the manager i can not remember her name at the moment but she was awesome she was the manager she has to lover her jobbbbbb!!!”
