“Having been gaslit and exploited by enough mechanics in the past (one which did such negligent work, it had to be intentional), I've resolved to do all my front-end suspension work myself. Took advantage of their great sale prices and picked up some much-needed tools, so I wouldn't have to keep going on road trips and forking out huge deposits for loaner tools at O'Reilly's. Their prices beat Amazon on breaker bars and alignment prybar, as well as sockets, socket adapters, and impact driver bits. $100 set me up very nicely, and I'll save myself at least a thousand by doing this myself. I'm glad there's a Harbor Freight around.”

And can we discuss the garden center??? They have so many plants in such a small space! They KNOW their plants and actually care for them. “Harbor Freight 2.0 is the best place to get tools and equipments you need. I'm a DIYer for cars and I buy their Daytona Jacks/ jacks stand and many hand tools. So glad they got Icon, Quinn, Bauer, Hercules, Doyle and more. We do there weekly for everything. The prices are affordable. Wished there were more locations. Thanks HF for always making more new products and tools that are affordable and lifetime. For sure Insider Club membership is worth it and it pays back on the coupons. I stand in line at checkout and see how many men ignore this membership, they must want to pay retail, retail...”
“You can spend five minutes and $5 here and get exactly what you need 99% of the time or spend 2 hours at the orange store looking through their terrible selection to spend $2 and get roughly what you need 60% of the time. Naturally, I choose Denton bolt first. Higher prices met with higher quality, selection, service, means less time wasted and a better value.”
“Love this store. I could easily spend a $thousand$ in there with no trouble at all! We go often and have never seen any of the behavior mentioned below. The staff is extremely friendly, always willing to help, greeting us when we come and ask us to return as we're leaving. I'm just flabbergasted that the experiences are so night and day. I would commend your staff on their patience with me. Being in a motorized wheelchair, it isn't always easy to clear merchandise on the end caps that I knock off, and I am so needy with things on top shelves. As often as we come, I would think I'd at least get a hint of impatience or irritation. There has never been any sign. They get only compliments from us!”

“Excellent customer service, 30 minutes will call pick up, they have a rapid delivery service for only $25 within 15 miles. IN HOT commercial water heater delivery, they put in place the heater and take the old one. The counter is well stock and they work with you on items they don't usually stock. They also offer Direct pickup with different vendors. I 100% recommend shopping here.”

“I can not think of any other welding supply and gas place I would rather frequent. This spot is not only always quick, professional, reliable but they also have the best and most fair pricing for what they provide. The staff is constantly on point and doing their best at all times. Anytime I need any equipment or gas I always make sure it’s there, and if they don’t have something which is usually rare, they are even happy to recommend to me where I can find it. 5 stars times 10!”

“I placed an online order. I wanted to just stop on the way home from work, grab my order and go. Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, that's exactly how quick and easy it was! As I was parking, in an Online Order Pickup spot, clearly marked with a highly visible orange sign, I couldn't help but notice a big sign giving a phone number with clear instructions on how to notify the store of our arrival, if we were having difficulty with the app. As I looked at the app to see how to check in, an employee came to my window asking if I was there to pick up my order, and she had it in her hand - I'd already let them know I was in my way. Could not have been easier! This was a great experience! I went back to Home Depot today (three days later) for screws. Going in, I was dreading a long search and a lot of head scratching while I figured out what I needed for the job I had to do, and where to find it. As luck would have it, an employee was in the Fasteners aisle! I showed him what I had, explained that I needed something similar, but longer. He helped me find what I needed, and where the package was marked with the size, so I could more easily find it myself if I have to. Within a minute, I was paying for my purchase. In the short time he helped me, he was very friendly. In the future, I won't be so intimidated about going into Home Depot with my very limited experience in all things...well, Home Depot-ish. You're doing a great job, Home Depot, and I appreciate you!”
