I had just left the vet and was told my bearded dragon might not make it but I had all good intentions on finding him a good size cage and getting him set up the way the vet had asked me to. I got to the register and was already stressed about the price . The cashier had just finished talking about how this was her 2nd job and she was tired but was making the best of it with a smile on her face. She greeted every customer in front of me with open arms and was asking if they were okay since the hurricane we had just went through. The cashier greeted me and told me she could save me some money. She said here give me your stuff I'll hold it up here for you while you go download the app. I then came back and she navigated me through everything and even saved me more money on the tank I bought. Her kindness and perfessionalism warmed my heart and really made my day. After telling her thank you over and over I asked her her name. Her name is Jennifer. Special thanks to her on helping me during a difficult time. Your kindness speaks volumes. She is an amazing employee and was truly a blessing !

210 That Way, Lake JacksonThey are great with my crazy, giant dog. There is little to no wait, yet the vet always takes her time with us.
VCA never tries to upsell me anything, and will authorize prescriptions to online pet pharmacies, so I can get discounted medication for my dog.
I have had to euthanize two elderly dogs previously. Both times they were incredibly kind and patient throughout the process, and told me I made the correct decision-which helped ease my aching heart a bit.

1406 FM 2004, Lake JacksonI brought in a homeless cat that I have been taking care of outdoors for about two years. He was very ill and his feet were bleeding. Dr. Khort Was so wonderful and so kind to me and the cat I brought in. He was very old and he was very ill And smelled really Bad from his illness. I chose to have him put to sleep.
The staff, Especially Dr. Khort were so kind and so gentle and so loving.
I just want to thank them all.

We tried this place after moving here, and came in with high expectations especially with the “Award winning burger award” on the wall for something like 10 yrs. I got the jalepeno burger and he got the double burger. It was nothing like I expected.. a bland burger on a non toasty bun. The lettuce was soggy HOWEVER the chocolate shake was phenomenal. Will be back for the drinks, not the food.

I’ve tried the street tacos, chimichangas, and enchiladas, and all were tasty and well prepared. Their margaritas are excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, making it a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
