“We stay here anytime we come to Fort Worth. We see the same friendly staff each visit from the gentleman that checks us in, to the breakfast hostess, to the gentlemen at the front desk in the morning and the housekeeping staff. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and the rooms have black out shades.”

“An excellent stay!
This is the first IHG “premium” hotel we’ve stayed at that is actually premium! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional, including Anthony, the valet service manager (and his team) the gentleman that checked us in (Jake? Not sure.), bartenders Tori and Zack, who also prepared some really excellent cocktails, and the server Janelle who took great care of us at breakfast, where the food was also very good.

The facility, located in a historic building, is clean and well maintained. The room (suite) we had was clean, modern, and furnished well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only criticism I have is about the crazy thermostat! I suggest an instruction card be left in each room.

All in all, a great stay - we’ll be back.

The management of the Voco in Chicago and especially the Indigo in Frisco should be required to study the operations here!”

“My check in experience was smooth and very efficient. Jason with Valet was very helpful and knowledgeable. He’s amazing. I’ll update once I check out of the hotel. The view from my room wasn’t especially spectacular but I don’t plan to be on my room often.

Walkability: In downtown area.”

“This hotel has been the best place I’ve ever stayed at, my flight got delayed until the next day so luckily American Airlines covered out hotel and taxi.

When we arrived the service was great, I had to help my mom with understanding a bit since it was late at night and all we needed was a good sleep, and a relaxing shower.
And that’s exactly what we got, when she came out the shower her hair smelled amazing, I absolutely loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

And I still had a little bit of makeup from my previous flight, and all I wished was there to be makeup wipes there for me, and that’s what I got!
Except my mom needed to remove hers as well, but there were only a few wipes.
Luckily we had baby wipes so we used those.

The room temperature is absolutely perfect, and the thing is, this has been the best sleep I’ve ever had in years.
The bed was felt like a marshmallow, the pillows were fluffed.
I felt like I was sleeping in luxury.

When I woke up I felt like I was in a dream, my headache I previously had was gone.
Also I forgot to mention but this hotel actually allowed pets (my dog is a mini poodle).

My mom is currently making a coffee, she absolutely needed one since we’re about to get on our flight in a few hours.

And now we are about to leave the hotel of luxury!
Absolutely love this place, I recommend for everyone.

Pros: good service could do a tiny bit better, amazing room comfortable, and cozy, amazing place it’s close to many stores so if you wanna grab a snack you could walk out and buy some.

Cons: none”

“I had a good rest in such a beautiful place. The room was very clean and everything was satisfactory. Because of my schedule, I only stayed for one day, but I was very disappointed. There was a track behind the hotel, so it was great for eating and exercising. And the front of the hotel is so beautiful. I definitely want to come back. I recommend this place!”

“Service was excellent. Staff went above and beyond. We mistakenly came to breakfast late one morning, but they were still kind and accommodating. We made sure to come on time the next day.”

“Such a fun experience, you definitely feel a different energy as soon as you go in, the Hotel is well kept and clean. Awesome experience if you're into paranormal activity. Miss Josie's room is where we experienced the most activity. We stayed at the Railroad room, didn't experience anything there. Would definitely go back, we were there 7/13/25”

“Service here was so great each time. They are incredibly friendly and made my stay so homey.

The room was very clean and quiet as well. Loved the beds and pillows.

Breakfast was delicious, with the menu changing each day of my stay. I only wish they had more seating, as both times I went for breakfast there was no place to sit. Coffee was good too!

The location itself is very quiet with tons of food options nearby.

All in all, I would definitely stay here again!”

“The rooms are getting a little dated and could use an overhaul, but we stay here every time we travel for work in this area. The service is ALWAYS top notch and the location is wonderful and central to everything in the area!”

“Once again I’ve been out investigating local locations just to see what we have in and around town so what you get here is a first impression on seeing the grounds and not a full report what it’s like to stay the night. I can’t just be staying everywhere all night every night. ? That could add up.Hotel Otto defines itself as off the beaten path, but within sight of it and I’d rate that a true. You can access Fort Worth and its many amenities with very little trouble, but you can’t do so on foot from this location; you'll definitely need a car to get there. Seven minutes for example if you ignore the “quirky, contemporary Italian-American eatery (Gemelle) with a full bar, garden patio & bocce ball courts that serves side of rabbit rattlesnake sausage for breakfast” and drive to the Velvet Taco to get yourself a late night taco. 1 hour 34 minutes if you walk. The hotel sits straight across from the Trinity Trails White Settlement Trailhead which ideally makes for an ingeniously vigorous walk (if you do happen to be inclined) along the river or a bicycle ride or horses if you can figure out who it is who will rent them. I have definitely seen them up and down this section of the trail near this location and the website says there is also a kayak slip though I failed to locate it on this occasion, the vegetation was up to my knees. What you can absolutely get here in loads regarding the actual facilities is a quiet venue with a quiet Italian meal and a quiet interaction with any of the other restaurant goers in the garden patio or the seven other people staying in container bungalow rooms which are a fairly new and uniquely interesting concept.Additionally, though they’re not built for it I thought the kids might enjoy some biking on the concrete slopes they have just under the bridge and still on the trail. I always wanted to do such things as a kid and was never allowed.Scarring.”

“Welcome and smiling and friendly staff.Magnificent, very spacious room, nicely decorated and well appointed. Very comfortable bedding. It has a fridge and a microwave and a coffee machine. The bathroom is fully equipped for disabled people and has a walk-in shower, something rare in the USA. These are often bathtubs. Perfect ! The breakfast is very complete, salty and sweet. There is something for every taste.Noteworthy details: Bathroom with walk-in shower for people with reduced mobility”

“Pros:
- close to Dickies Arena & Cowtown Colliseum
- comfortable bed
- nice staff
- good shower pressure
- relaxing pool
- easy parking

Cons:
- had to kill multiple "water bugs" as the hotel called them
- my room had a moisture control issue, left a damp smell

3 stars for the room due to the bugs, I hate bugs and especially ones in my hotel room that fly at me.”

“I took my son here to get out of the house for a day. The rooms are amazing. Service was super kind and his favorite thing is waiting for trains and there are a ton of tracks all around here, he was so happy.

Rooms: The rooms have beautiful Paintings, Fridge in the Counter, Foldable Couch, and 2 tvs”

“Nothing bad about this super 8 could be said except the rolling screen in the window didn't work in room 213 and so I couldn't get any natural light in my room. Other than that everything was fine.Rooms: Rooms are good size and you're not squished in them. Plenty of room for more than one person.”

“Great hotel!
The bed bugs were friendly and the rats were quite social, all of us cuddled while watching the semi-working tv ahead of us. The view is spectacular: I'm a big fan of atoms, the atomic bomb theory is incredibly interesting. Further more, the food didn't give me food poisoning, which I am most thankful for. Although, I did get explosive diarrhea. But hey, I prefer that hole over the others! Nonetheless, I totally recommend!”

“This motel was located in a great spot for an out of state traveler visiting family like me. Lots of restaurants, and shopping were within walking distance. It is not a 5 star experience, but it’s definitely a 5 star stay for what it is. Each day the room was refreshed perfectly- beds were made, towels were swapped out, new soap bar, and the staff upfront had an extra pillow when I asked. In addition, I also used the washer and dryer located on the first floor, which worked well. There was an ice machine, vending machine, and a toiletries machine all available which was convenient. My family and I stayed here multiple nights to see the eclipse, would return. Budget friendly. Great staff. Great value.

Walkability: Many businesses within walking distance

Food & drinks: Food& drink locations were located close to the hotel”

Rooms: Rooms were clean and comfortable and recently renovated.”

“This location is a bit of an odd duck. The building is clearly an older military barracks block, with two rooms that share a single toilet and small shower, turned into suites. I was staying for two nights on a business trip, and found myself arriving late, and being able to bump a no show.”

“The cheapest hotel in this part of town and I went in knowing that. It feels a bit worn and tired, but you get good accommodations for what you pay for. Wifi, A/C, shower, refrigerator, and everything else worked great! I didn't ask about a breakfast, and I wasn't told. If there was anything offered, there were no signs of it around 9:30 when I checked out. No bugs or bad smells in the room, but make sure to close the door pretty hard to get it to click in.”
