“FIVE STARS FROM ME? NEVER!!!....but today this happened; Our 60lb "Staffy" can be bullheaded and stubborn. Shes also super strong, and an easily excitable puppy. Zara was so filthy. She needed a professional. Through a Google search, I am pleased to have found this jewel in the ruff. Honestly this was the VERY BEST GROOMER I HAVE EVER USED. I can not say enough about this family owned business and strongly recommend you try their services. They definitely won my business.”
“My second order was placed today. When I was new to the hobby I used other vender. Never again. As long as Big Cheese is open I will buy from them. Plus they are local as I live 25 miles from them.Thier rats are top notch. Always vacuum sealed and lots of dry ice to stay frozen.You can't go wrong with them. “Had to go to return a few items I didn’t need and found out the girl that charged me the first time charged me twice for one thing and didn’t charge me at all for one of the items I was trying to return. Despite the odd situation, the workers worked quickly to help me resolve the issue. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location, it’s my favorite!”

“I love the Cityview Town Crossing & Sherry Lane locations! The staff are approachable and informative. Most visits, the staff will approach me first and offer assistance. Sarah was extremely helpful as I make adjustments to our supplies due to budget restrictions and health needs of new pets added to our household.
We discussed variety of products, inventory availability, and supplies to accommodate all the individual needs of each pet.
I rotate my retail sources as needs are dynamic, Petco is among one of the first stops I make to supplement my stock or shop for new supplies.
I also visit the potential adoptions & browse at area pet supply stores while running errands for other needs. These two locations are most frequently en route to other destinations.”

“My dog is a 12 year old rescue dog from the animal shelter she's scared of everything nervous about anything and everything but they welcomed her with open arms she went right to them . Her cut is beautiful and I am so so happy... as long as my dog is happy I'm happy if I could give them 10 Stars I would. Thank you”
“Visit here every couple of months to pick up supplies for my pets. Always clean and well stocked and the workers are kind and helpful. They don't lack parking and their lots are well maintained. Have tons of supplies and options to choose from. Make sure you check items like isopods and springtail cultured when you purchase them, since the employees are not allowed to open them and they only get shipments certains days so the isopods could be dead”
“I brought my pups in for bath & brush, which is supposed to include sanitary trim. They were fluffy and clean, but we went home & I had to finish the job. I may use Petsmart grooming in an emergency, but the service from my regular groomer is more complete. In addition to proper sanitary trims, they clean out hair from ears & around eyes. I had to do that myself also. Happily there nails were properly ground. So, I’m not entirely unhappy. I just had higher expectations. Wish I’d taken before & after pictures! Really 3 1/2 stars is a better reflection!”
“Petco provided a great shopping experience. The store was clean, and the staff was super friendly. We found everything we needed for the wild rabbits outside without any trouble. The selection of products was impressive, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. We were very pleased with our visit and will definitely return for future pet supplies.”
