“Very quiet here.. The only branch I've visited with authentic art displayed/for sale. The coffee was fresh. Urn was literally dripping into the pot. It did take awhile for my deposit/withdrawal/check cashing.. But as you can imagine, taking money is easy while dispersing requires certain verification barriers to be delt with. Times like these when I wish an incorruptible chip was implanted hypodermically for expeditions processing. I guess my photo ID and "Pretti's" (unsure of spelling, not wearing badge) proficient teller tasks and subsequent manager verification/approval will suffice for now.”

“Aplus is a great credit union. I borrowed money after losing my job of 30 years. They have a low interest rate. Don't charge penalties quickly. Allow me to pay back the loan as late in the month as possible and don't charge penalties unless the loan does not get paid at all. As I said, this is a great credit union!”

“The nicest people work at this location and always make transactions easy. I've had accounts at several credit unions and banks through the years and so far this one is my favorite.”

“I have been a member of the Tru-West Credit Union since 2014 and I have only had a few little problems that if I had these problems with say Wells Fargo or U S Bank then the issue would have never been resolved The folks who are responsible for the customer service are great people who are good at their jobs if they don't have a answer rather than bullshit You they have always hunted down the answers for my questions about anything that I could possibly come up with Whenever I go to the branch I get helped with personal service I feel like family and a bonus for the members is the shared network that lets me do my credit union transactions in person wherever state I am in and they always have a ATM that I can find and if I can't find a in network ATM then I can just do buy something at a Walmart or Target and ask for cash back so I am always able to get my hands on my money I don't know why anyone would bash on Tru-West unless they have poor money management skills or they don't value maintaining a good FICO score then just like anyone who is in business TRU-West is going to look out for the people who are in good standing to help keep the level of service that we have enjoyed over the years Trent M”

“I called PECU today about multiple issues regarding fraud, change of address, opening a new account and a new debit card. I was freading this call as I normally can't stand being on the phone. Lauren answered and was such a treat! She was patient, knowledgeable and walked me through all of the processes like I was 5 (which I asked for.) I feel so accomplished today thanks to you Lauren!”

“Been in Austin going on 2 years now so I needed a Credit Union here. Stopped in 1st thing Saturday morning, with warm smiles from the front desk receptionist. Travis was able to get me in an out with no problems. Gave me great feedback on all the things they offer, and I end up opening a loan with them the same day an was approved & still made it to work before 10 am!”

“My wife and I have had all of our car loans and home improvement loans with A+ since we moved to Austin in 1977. They have always given us great service, low interest on loans and cheerfully provided us with misc. services like notarizing documents. I keep a savings account and an IRA with them simply out of the loyalty they have earned, even though I have been able to get slightly better interest rates with other entities every since the recession.”
