“Updating my review: I received expired and spoiled produce today again this time I called and spoke with customer service and explained my experience. Adolfo (manager) from curbside called me back. Then he personly reshopped my expired stuff and replaced with the best picks and/or upgraded with better choices. He then had it delivered to my house with in 2 hours of my call. I can't tell you how much this type of customer service means to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Updating back to 5 stars. ??

Last review: Love the selections of food. I also like using the shopping app to pick up my groceries. Unfortunately I had to lower my rating due to the quality of fresh food has gone downhill, my fresh food spoils or there are bugs all inside and some times the bread is moldy (curbside pickup). Or I get bad produce from curbside pickup. I don’t know why the quality has been so bad the past 6 months? Disappointing”

“Great store. Prices are getting lower and lower. Deals are greater and greater. Albertsons supposed to be merging with Kroger to bring even better prices through greater buying power.”

“HEB made my wedding cake and I do not regret it. The cake was fantastic, maybe the best wedding cake we’ve ever had. Madison did a great job upfront of guiding us for the ideal cake flavors and giving us samples to taste. They also figured things out in a timely manner and made the cake to our liking. The con is that the wedding cake portion of our order was smaller than we expected for a three tiered cake. Additionally, it was hard to find a specific HEB bakery that makes wedding cakes, I had to call over 8 bakeries in the Austin area. We also had an issue when we checked in before the wedding as there miscommunication and the store did not want to make our order until we paid, even though we had already paid. Overall very good experience and this cake is honestly so good I’ll order some again for our anniversary!

“This is a small Indian store in Lakeway, very convenient for Bee Cave families. They carry almost all the essentials, including fresh meat, sweets, and samosas. Prices are a little higher compared to other Indian stores, but the convenience makes up for it sometimes.

Customer service is generally good, but they stop letting customers in around 8:45 PM even though the store hours say 9:00 PM, which can be frustrating.

One issue I noticed is inconsistency in chocolate pricing near the billing counter. I bought the same Melody chocolate three different times and was charged 75 cents once, 10 cents another time, and 25 cents this time. It would be better if prices were consistent and clearly displayed.”

“Cheap and good prices at this fuel station. However I completely recommend y’all add Apple Pay to these stations. It would be perfect. When I had my card cancelled because of fraud and didn’t have my new cards yet, I had to put in gas but I could not. My cards were only available on Apple Pay at the time and I nearly ran out of gas trying to get here, but I still couldn’t fuel up. I did not have physical cards due to difficult circumstances and it would have been great if I could fuel up here in a pinch.”

“Happy I swung by HEB today. As I was walking towards the energy drinks, I found myself down the aisle where the paper supplies are. Found the most adorable sticky notes. Texas shaped! Are you kidding me! Love! A total must have. Great price too! Also, yes, my energy drink. I so need this today. My happy little work drink. They did go up in price. But still a decent price and they had my favorite flavor, orange. Used the self check out. Was very quick and the cashier, giggles, was super friendly. Haha. I was the cashier.”
