She called to check back in and after looking at some other places around the area and not getting any customer service, we new this was the place!”

I checked out yesterday and the entire process went seamlessly. As soon as I walked in, Ruth greeted me with a warm smile and clearly explained the steps for closing out my storage unit. From move-in to move-out, the customer service was outstanding. The facility is very secure with gated access and 24-hour surveillance, which gave me peace of mind the whole time. I highly recommend this location!”

“Lexy was very helpful and informative. She took us to see 3 different options so that we could make our final decision. She also answered all of our questions and concerns. We ended up purchasing the month-to-month lease that very day via the online option because of the discounted price. However, we were not aware of the extra fees until Lexy brought them to our attention. The extra fees required are the minimum insurance and the purchase of a lock from the facility. Even though the purchase was not as reasonable as it was advertised it was still a great experience because of the customer service provided by Lexy.”

It was straightforward on price and we bumped into a very pleasant employee moving the trucks. They are closed on Saturday but don't let that detour you. The return was even easy also. If needed will definitely use this location again.”
“The facility is your average rv/boat storage, with upgrades in process! Before we decided to go with this facility, we were told the fence would be higher and go down the length of the property for added security, and it was done! Most places just tell you things you want to hear to ensure you do business with them. The pricing is competitive to other places, if not cheaper which is always nice! Shannon was super friendly, accommodating and understanding. If you text or email him, he responds within minutes, with that being said great customer service was provided; which is sometimes difficult to come across these days! Josephine’s hidden little gem. Lisa was a great help and went above and beyond what her job title is I'm sure. Before i even arrived I was properly informed on everything i should know before making the trip over. She made me and my two year old daughter feel very welcome and like family. She was very professional throughout the process yet still made it seem like we were old friends. I highly recommend renting from hardcastle mainly from my great experience with Miss Lisa but also the units are well maintained and easy to get to. The office is inviting and there is plenty of good parking. Prices are very reasonable as well.”
