“Just gave our 2014 MDX to a sister n law that had 177 k miles and serviced here for 10 + yrs. So we bought a new 2025 MDX and just had our first service. Richard has been terrific at helping to maintain the vehicle and I expect to continue the service for another 10 years. The AutoNation Acura service department with Richard always inspects the vehicle to make sure we are not missing something that needs attention. Christian Brothers investigated the issue provided some suggestions on places I could look up the potential problems, asked that I bring it back if it acted up again and did not charge me the electrical diagnostic fee I agreed to when I dropped the truck off.”

I have been in prayer since March 2, 2026 for a problem with my vehicle. I went to the dealer in Dickinson, called my brother in Corpus Christi who's a master mechanic, asked for referrals for an honest second opinion. I called my hometown of Robstown Texas and searched for help with an honest second opinion. The Gay Kia Dealer charged me $198 for a diagnostic test and kepted my car for 7 days while my husband was scheduled for surgery. I asked and asked only to be turned down in Galveston with no call backs to schedule a 2nd opinion.
I remembered about this honest person Henry at NTB Tires in League City. We are customers from Galveston and reassured my son calling Henry would give us a peace of mind. He was able to help today with his recommendations and saved us tons of money.
We can't thank Henry enough for ethically doing what an expert does is the RIGHT thing! This awesome human being deserves everything good in life.
