The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the different types of oil and service options without any pressure. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the short wait pleasant.
The service was quick, and they completed the oil change in no time. I appreciated their attention to detail, as they also checked my tire pressure and topped off other fluids without me even having to ask. Christian Brothers investigated the issue provided some suggestions on places I could look up the potential problems, asked that I bring it back if it acted up again and did not charge me the electrical diagnostic fee I agreed to when I dropped the truck off.”
