“I love our Leander branch of BBVA! The staff make it a point to know who you are, they're very personable. The best thing is drive-thru is generally a speedy process here. I've never had to wait long on a transaction. This is definitely our preferred location to work with.”
“If you're in the Cedar Park area it's 100% worth the drive to the Leander location near HEB Plus. It's absolutely refreshing to be treated like a human being here after being treated like a criminal for trying to cash a check at the N Bell location managed by David Romero. David's branch could use the type of leadership that this Leander branch is molded from.”

“Fatima was outstanding! She helped me open a new account for myself and my two grandkids! I haven’t experienced that kind of customer service anywhere lately much less a bank where so many seem to dislike the customer experience. I may have found a permanent home for my banking.”
