“This review is long overdue. Be warned this place doesn’t perform quality service/repairs. I took my hedge trimmer in for a tune up. This is something I would normally do myself and have done many times on all my echo equipment. I decided to have someone else do it because I wanted the blades looked at. At first this seemed like a great place to bring my equipment. Took it in and got it back the same day. However once I got it back it hasn’t ran right since. All summer I’ve been fighting with it to get it to start. It never had any problems starting before their shop did the tune up. Also beware of their prices. A few items I did pick up there during my visit was marked up double to other stores in the area. Really regret not doing the tune up myself as I had always done.

Edit/Update: the owner did reach out to me after this review and offered an opportunity for them to look at the machine again and try to make it right. The issue with the machine was corrected.”

“Pretty solid Lowes. Almost always has everything I need, and the staff is pretty knowledgeable. I've been going here for a while, and you see the same people working here for years, which is a pretty cool thing when they remember your projects and what not.”
