“From the the first call to being on site, the employees at this UPS Store know how to treat their customers right! More often than not, today's retailers are now asking you to return an item in person or drop it off at another store. As much as I dislike the process, dealing with this UPS's stores employees on Wednesday was the loathsome tasks highlight. LaRoy was patient, professional and friendly. Everyone was superhelpful and went the extra mile to happily provide me with an additional layer of assistance without complaint. Thanks again for all of your help and keep up the good work!”

They provided a fair quote for both freight and crating, and even handled pickup. Shipping was quick, and the item arrived in perfect condition. It's one thing to accomplish the task one sets out to do, but when soft skills such as attentiveness and kindness are thrown into the mix, it warrants commendation. Some skills can't be taught. Case in point & special appreciation are due Marcos who helped me with a simple notarization. When I flat out messed something up, he didn't try to shame me, or dismiss the need I still had, but helped me work through it.
