“Best Vans store in the greater Austin area. Elijah was extremely helpful in finding me a pair of shoes, since my last pair was getting old and worn. He showed me some discounts and made me feel very comfortable and welcome shopping there. Great experience!”

I hate shopping, especially with my toddler,because it’s chaotic and I see pretty things on hangers but I have enough mental capacity to make 1 trip to the fitting room. The pretty things on hangers NEVER look good in the fitting room or are my size. So shopping becomes a tragedy instead of an enjoyable experience and day where I do t have to second guess my purchase choices.
Stormy single handedly made my experience relaxing, justified in spending and actually FUN. She asked me for my style, asked me what I needed and filtered a few sizes to narrow down what fits me. She literally was like a professional stylist and hand picked an entire new closet for me. After we were on a good trajectory, Sam swooped in and started exchanging things that weren’t fitting right and helping me single in on my choices.
Buckle isn’t the cheapest nor is it extremely expensive. But I will say I felt good with my purchase and didn’t leave feeling like it was a panic buy or a mistake. Everything I have worn has gotten a compliment and I wish everyone in retail loved their job as much as those two girls did. I would spend money with them every time.”
“Went to this location looking for masks. Yes mask ? and the store had just opened.
Soon as I walked in Lori greeted me and asked if I needed help. Immediately o said yes, because this was not a “cruise shopping trip”. Told her I was looking for
masks and she walked me to the bin and I noticed they only had one color - all blacks. She offers to go to the back stockroom to look for more prints. She came back with additional colors - I ended up purchasing one of each she found and two packs of black masks. Lori was happy, helpful, attentive and offered to search for more.

Location is in a good shopping area, ample parking. Store was manageable and racks were not over stuffed like many old navy stores.”

“The staff was unattentive, seemed like they really didn't want to be there, and didn't do anything (check us out or get us a fitting room) without being flagged down. That said, the prices and selection of things here always makes me happy. I get my favorite, cute, comfortable jean shorts and summer dresses here. This time, they also surprised me with a big seasonal sale, fuzzy wolf ear hats, and soft light jackets + sweaters.”

She made sure I received the correct refund for every item and turned what could have been a very tedious process into something quick and stress-free. “I had a really great experience at Hollister thanks to one of the associates (during the busy Christmas season). He was a young gentleman with curly dark hair, and he was incredibly patient and kind throughout my visit. He did an amazing job multitasking without losing his calm or friendliness, even when someone interrupted him while he was assisting me. His kind-hearted attitude truly stood out and made my shopping experience much more enjoyable. I just wish I had gotten his name so he could be properly recognized!”

“This was our first time here and we found it to be very welcoming and clean and friendly. A great selection of clothes with lots of sizes and outfits that are appropriate and cool for teenagers. The staff were super friendly and nice.
The manager named Jen was quite helpful and offered her assistance but also did not hover. Riley was very helpful and cheerful as was Aubrey. I highly recommend this place if you’re shopping for a high school kid.”
“I have been a Macy’s shopper for many years, I live 45 minutes away from the Cedar Park Macy’s store and I always keep coming here. The store it’s messy, clutter everywhere, even Walmart has it better than this store. I can tell this store needs better management and fast! Even the new cashiers are in great need retraining. To the young African American cashier in Backslash please find another job because you are not people’s friendly, you have no clue of customer service, you don’t know what courtesy is. You don’t even wear your name tag! I was serviced by her for the second time and my last because next time I see her at the register I will run away to find a different register. Macy’s please get it together you used to be a high end store now I compare you to ross!”
