“So i went to this shop a couple months back and told them what I wanted done to my 2019 Ram Limited truck. I work in high level tech and i know enough to be dangerous about cars but not nearly enough to know which options to pick on my truck. They sat down and walked me through the possibilities as I wanted to get new tires, rims and a lift on my truck. They spent about 15-20 minutes with me which was appreciated because I liked to get educated on the process too.
Then I kind of hit them with a surprise when I came back into town post Thanksgiving. I had to return to DC in 3 days and was driving up for a month or so. Well I gave them two days to do the job and they did and did it well. They called me and kept me informed and even kept the shop open late on a Friday night to make sure the job was done. I drove the truck all the way from Dallas to DC and it is an incredible ride. The truck looks amazing and I could not be happier with the work they did.
I grew up in Lewisville and there are a lot of good shops around and this is definitely one of them. They will get the job done for a reasonable pice, they will get it done fast (although dont give them only 2 days on short notice like i did haha) and they will get it done correctly.
All in all, im extremely happy with my experience with them and if I need anything else done to my truck they are my first call.”

“I recently was recommended to drop off my problematic 2018 Expedition, by a service advisor at the Richland Hills location, due to 3 months backlog. I was pleasantly surprised that the Lewisville location was able to diagnose and repair my overheating issue within a week. They even delivered my vehicle back to me in North Fort Worth, saving me a couple hours of driving. Unfortunately, they brought it back to me with a check engine light. I diagnosed it myself and determined that in the rush to get it out the door, they forgot to hook up a PCV hose which threw a code in the attached picture. I texted this information to my service advisor and never received a response.
Update: Sean, the manager over the service department at this facility called to understand the situation and to make it right. Sean is reimbursing previous expenses for a misdiagnosed overheating issue and assured me that the quality control would be drastically improved at his service center, as well as the level of communication between customer and service managers. I believe Sean will do the right thing and in good faith, I am raising this review from 2 stars to 4.”

The price was very reasonable and way cheaper than any business in the surrounding area but the quality of work just probably better than most! Do yourself a favor and take your car here!!! They really did go above and beyond what they needed to do for my vehicle (even repaired all of the scratches I previously had on my rims and fixed a nail in my tire) that level of work is hard to come by these days!”

I really feel like there is nothing they can't create or build. Every time i need something they are always willing to work with me on any type of timeline. “I call Sam “Copperfield” because he is a magician when it comes to fixing cars. I was referred to him by a fellow Lamborghini owner and entrusted Sam with my month old Mercedes GLC coupe that my wife had a minor front bumper/fender accident with. Not only did Sam fix the car under promised time and more than half off what mercedes quoted me but the job was perfect. I can’t tell it was ever painted and damaged.
Sam was also so kind and professional and communicated so well throughout. He does high end work for high end cars with high end overall experience.

The only honest tech I've come across in my 13 years in the industry. Quick response times, quality work, and he guarantees most of it. Only charges for what he fixes, with very reasonable rates. Goes out of his way to make things like new! If you haven't used him before, I highly recommend his services”
