Had an insurance claim that they handled seamlessly beginning to end, fixed my car per the company specs and offered lifetime warranty on their work. It’s hard not to like them. Can’t evaluate the price because it was done under insurance but “it seemed fair to me”. If you’re undecided on who to choose and you’re looking for a sign, this is it.”

I was involved in a rear-end collision in my Chevrolet Equinox, but because of how transparent and quick she was with communication, I had almost zero stress. “Called DFW Mobile Repair for a pre purchase inspection on a Honda CR-V I was looking at. Mateo was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The PPI was comprehensive and took a little over 1 hour including the test drive. They checked the exterior, interior and functions, lights, brakes/pads/rotors, under the hood, and plugged a calibration tool to check the emissions and other computer functions. Mateo patiently answered all my questions during the inspection and even gave me a few tips on what to look out for when buying a used vehicle. He pointed out a few things I used as leverage during the negotiation of the sale and I ultimately drove away with a great vehicle! Very satisfied with the service and I’ll definitely call DFW Mobile Repaid for future PPIs or repair needs.”

I drive quite a bit further to get to this location, than I would if I were to go to the Autozone that is just down the street. But the overall difference in the two stores is so huge, that I drive right past that Autozone and go to this store.
And the quality of thevmerchandise is far superior at Orielly's, as compared to the other.
I fully recommend this store. And I was in the automotive service business for over 30 years, so I absolutely know what I'm talking about.”
“This place is awesome, I took my 13 f250 to the transmission shop in Plano at 75 and 15th twice because my transmission was running hot pulling a trailer, Mario was very professional! All it needed was antifreeze added to the secondary tank that cools the transmission. Thanks for being honest!”
