“The CarStar, Mr. Collision on Tarpley Road in Carrollton is absolutely top notch. Not only with Ari at the front desk, but Evan, the adjuster. He made me feel at ease from the get go. I had only 11K miles on my Jeep Wrangler when someone in a giant Excursion XL side swiped me. Luckily he left a note and insurance paid for the damages, but I was heart broken. I met with Evan and he meticulously assessed my vehicle for damages. I was extremely apprehensive leaving my new Jeep with just anyone for repairs. Evan explained the damages and what would need to be done to get it back the way I purchased it. CarStar kept me up to date on a daily basis, via text messages, as to their progress. When I was told my Jeep was ready, my heart was honestly pounding because I wasn't sure what to think. When I drove up, Evan took me out to see my repaired vehicle and explained every process the bodyshop went through to make sure I was happy. My Jeep looked absolutely amazing. It was just like I purchased it when I drove off the Jeep lot. I can't say enough about their customer service, the quality of work, response time on my phone calls with questions (regarding insurance claim information), accommodating me with the rental car via Enterprise -- I honestly could not stop smiling as I drove my beautiful Jeep off the CarStar lot. If your vehicle needs any type of repair, I'd not hesitate to contact CarStar on Tarpley in Carrollton. They live up to all the accolades they have on their walls. Their front desk person, Ari, is also the best. I know she must be under loads of stress from customers but she will put you at ease --- and I was one of those people. “Called DFW Mobile Repair for a pre purchase inspection on a Honda CR-V I was looking at. Mateo was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The PPI was comprehensive and took a little over 1 hour including the test drive. They checked the exterior, interior and functions, lights, brakes/pads/rotors, under the hood, and plugged a calibration tool to check the emissions and other computer functions. Mateo patiently answered all my questions during the inspection and even gave me a few tips on what to look out for when buying a used vehicle. He pointed out a few things I used as leverage during the negotiation of the sale and I ultimately drove away with a great vehicle! Very satisfied with the service and I’ll definitely call DFW Mobile Repaid for future PPIs or repair needs.”

“I dislodged my side view mirror assembly. It was hanging by the electrical wiring. The housing and mirror were not damaged. The 3 bolts inside were broken. I went to the Crash Champions on Midway Rd in Carrollton. They told me a new assembly was not available because my Toyota is too old. They fixed it anyway, by using glue to reattach it. If I need any body work done in the future, I will definitely go to Crash Champions. They are awesome!”
