The rep was also dedicated to the customer satisfaction as she made sure that I had updates at least 1-2x weekly. She also ask to give them a chance if there's any issues with the car. The front desk changed personnel, and she has excellent customer service skills.”

The entire process moved through seamlessly, and they handled everything from working with the insurance company, to getting needed parts, and doing all repairs. Literally all we had to do was drop off the car. He was even kind enough to pick me up from the rental car facility when I returned the rental when our car was complete. The entire process took 2-3 weeks where other companies had quoted us months. And the result looks like new. If you need any body work, this is your guy!”

The woman who runs the front area was absolutely amazing. She was warm, patient, and incredibly helpful, making a stressful situation feel instantly manageable.
The estimator took the time to walk me through everything thoroughly, explaining the process clearly and answering all my questions so I felt confident and informed every step of the way. They also have an in-house car rental company, BP Rentals, which made the entire process seamless and incredibly convenient.
Now for the work itself: unbelievable. My car needed quite a bit of work on the side panel, and when I picked it up, it looked better than it ever has. I have been putting little scratches and dings in the side of her car just because my door always touched it just enough to cause that kind of damage. I know it’s my fault. I own that , But anyway, I finally decided that it was a priority and I saved up the money to try to get something done to make it look better. What I got was way better than my expectations .
