“The first time I needed service, they were so great and helpful! Got me the best price and in and out! Didn't try to upsell me a bunch of things I didn't need. Provided me with a LYFT ride to and from work and had my car ready in no time. I returned again with my other vehicle for a minor issue, and again they were so helpful and honest, and referred me to another shop that could provide the service I needed. I live 60 miles from this location and I will always come to this shop if I am able. Elijah and Alfredo provide excellent customer service and Joshua is a very knowledgeable mechanic. Highly recommend!”

“Wow! We called Jerry Reynolds the CarPro to find out his process for buying a new car. His website sent us to Andrea Ballard the general manager at Five Star Ford Lewisville We called at 10am We met her at 1:00. We described what we wanted in a new Ford Explorer Her inventory search did not have one anywhere. Then the transport truck arrived which updated her lists. It had the exact model we were looking for. She then spent some more time getting to know us. She created a very good offering which we accepted. She then introduced us to Alex Ruiz who showed us the car and sent it to make ready. In the meantime he walked us through many of the features on the Ford Explorer Platinum. Which are many to learn. We signed the various papers and made a small down payment and delivered us our new car at 4:00
We have purchased many cars over many years with dealerships in several states.

“We took my wifes SUV in it was making a loud rubbing sound when she made a left turn. Tgey drove it took a look found it to be something very minor took them 5 min to fix the problem. When we went to check out they told us no charge. In the world today most people try to charge a ton for every little thing it was so nice to see a business that went above and beyond on customer service. They gave earned a customer anytime we need something done.”
“Iv been coming here for a while and everytime have experienced their staff being very kind and helpful. They often have deals going on and fair prices otherwise. They do thorough inspections and give a very clear report that conveys everything really nicely. Enjoyed the services here much.
As an example of their service qaulity, I had some suspension issues when I brought my car in. The owner brought me into the shop to walk through each part, explain it, and answer any questions I had. He wasnt trying to upsell me or pressure me into anything, just a good dude willing to have a conversation about it which was appreciated.

“My tire had been losing air for quite some time, and being a female. I admit I didn’t really know where to get it fixed since it has to have something other than actual air. I stopped at discount tires in Louisville and asked them to look at it. Giorgio and the team there despite being incredibly busy, said no problem they would be happy to look at it. They had to take the tire off and imagine my surprise when 30 minutes after their closing time they came out with a smile and told me my car was ready. They had repaired it as I had a screw in it. They did not even charge me and yet had never seen me before in my life. They were so professional and friendly and fast. When I do need new tires, I know where I’m going, I’m going back to Louisville from downtown Dallas and to the same discount tires.”
“I seriously cannot say enough good things about my experience here, especially with Rylen! This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic shop.
I came in pretty stressed because my car was showing a charging system warning and my A/C had stopped blowing cold. Rylen was incredibly helpful from the beginning, super kind, patient, and had such a great attitude. At first, it looked like I was going to need an alternator, but after looking into it further, he discovered that my belt had actually been thrown off. He took the time to figure out what was really going on instead of just going with the more expensive repair.
What impressed me most was how honest he was. I was in a situation where I easily could have been taken advantage of because I honestly wouldn’t have known the difference, and he absolutely did not do that. He found the actual problem, got me taken care of, and it ended up costing me MUCH less than I was originally expecting.
It’s rare to leave a mechanic feeling like you were genuinely looked out for, but that’s exactly how I felt. Rylen turned a very stressful situation into such a positive experience. Firestone is lucky to have him!
