“I want to give a huge thank you to the team at AutoZone. I was in the middle of a fuel tank project and had spent a lot of time trying to remove a stubborn locking ring. Before stopping at AutoZone, I went to O'Reilly's, where the only option offered was ordering a tool and waiting.
When I came to AutoZone, all three employees came outside and jumped in to help. They didn't just point me to a tool aisle or send me on my way. They took the time to look at the problem, worked alongside me, and together we finally got the locking ring off.
Their willingness to help saved me a lot of frustration and kept my project moving forward. It's rare to find that level of customer service these days. Thanks again to the entire AutoZone team for going above and beyond. I'll definitely be back for future parts and projects.”
