When I picked it up, I thought the steering pulled to the left and took it back the next day.. They looked at it and said it seems OK and took it for a test drive.. Then they asked if I want to take them for another drive and show/explain what im feeling/seeing.. Thats almost unheard of!! I took the owner for a drive and she explained and gave a few tips based on experience and she was totally right.. Any other shop would charge you for like diagnostic fees and stuff.. These folks were not happy, until I was happy!
They were really really awesome and would be my one-stop-shop if I ever need maintenance or work done on any my vehicles!!
